Teaching the OverLight course |
The OverLight Teachers Training gives the person the right to teach the material of the OverLight modality they have chosen as a course of study. Your students recieve Lightworker certification.
How it works:
Graduates of the Teachers Trainings may teach the course to others with the approved materials, workbook, questionaires, etc. We do not restrict the use of the material in a healers practice in any way, however we do have strict guidelines on how this material is taught. As a certified teacher you may only use our material, or your own Lightworker approved materials. The training materials will be made available at a reasonable cost directly from Lightworker. Upon completion of each training that you give, we ask you to send us a complete list of all students successfully completing your course, along with a registration fee of $50 per student. Each facilitator you train will then receive a certificate showing them as an OverLight Facilitator in the modality they studied, from the Lightworker organization and have all the rights and benefits of a Lightworker trained facilitator. They will also be listed in our Healers referal network as an OverLight facilitator.
Ordination as a Lightworker OverLight Metaphysician.
Lightworker is a Spiritual non-profit corporation with the legal right from the United States federal government to ordain ministers. In effect OverLight Teachers will be legally ordained as Lightworker OverLight Metaphysicians. A legal ordination gives certain legal rights and protection in most areas. This ordination in paticular is quite sturdy as it had to be earned over time with a documented course of study and is considerably different legally from an ordination that is purchased or given freely for a donation. We aslo offer this to our teachers to show them that they are an integral part of the Lightworker orginazation and our Family of Light.
Generally the Ordination will take place toward the end of the fourth or fifth day.
You as a teacher will receive support from our staff and a listing on the Lightworker.com web site as an accredited OverLight Trainer. We have every intention of growing the OverLight section of Lightworker.com and you, as a teacher will receive first choice on future benefits and updates to the course.
The Spiritual Psychology material is presented to facilitators to use in their practice any way they choose to use it. We know that this will most likely be one of many tools that a facilitator will use. Therefore we do not attempt to control or restrict the use of this material at the facilitator level. At the teaching level we will use strict guidelines that must be adhered to in order to teach this material. The Board of Directors of the Lightworker corporation has set specific criteria for teaching the material in order to keep the material in full integrity. The use of unapproved materials or methods will not be allowed.
The Criteria for the Teachers credentials are as follows:
1. The trainee must have successfully completed the OverLight course they wish to teach and be certified as a facilitator.
2. The trainee must attend another full training of that same course as a teaching assistant and help to present a part of the course.
Note: Each course is limited as to the number of teacher trainees so please contact our offices early to register. There is a reduced charge for the course to teacher trainees. In special circumstances this requirement may be waived if the trainee is actively participating as a volunteer in other areas of the Lightworker organization. Although teachers will hold Lightworker harmless and essentially be in business for themselves, they will represent the Lightworker organization.
3. The trainee must successfully complete the six day OverLight Teacher Training.
4. The trainee must submit a formal application to the Board of Directors of the Lightworker and agree to the conditions of the Lightworker Teachers guidelines.
Costs: Currently the training free for the six days is $1295 (Slightly higher in Europe due to VAT). This includes all training material but does not include travel or hotel accomodations. Please refer to each listing seperatly for any extras that may be included.
Additional costs for conducting your trainings are: Spiritual Psychology Workbooks $30.00 each. Registration fee (for all of your trainees even if they do not wish a certificate) are a $50.00 registration fee.
The Teacher Training course content will focus on a review of the OverLight material as it relates to teaching it to others in an empowering manner. Basic business structure and ideas on setting up a practice as a trainer.
CEU credits are generally available for the trainings in the US. We are currently giving CEU credits for nurses. Please see each listing with the links at left to see what is offered at your location.
