Please help me to find the laughter and the joy. I ask for your help in lightening my load and the heaviness I am carrying. I have burdened myself and am having difficulty seeing the humor. If I look back it\'s all pretty funny. It\'s like a scavenger hunt and I\'m all over the place looking for stuff and it\'s all right inside. From a different perspective it is funny.Something funny happens at least once a day, you just need to take the time and laugh. So I will continue to laugh and remember it\'s all really funny.

We are here to have fun. As long as I don\'t have anything to prove to anybody else other than myself I am happy. The question is inside not outside. The quest for excellence is within oneself. And its not necessary to quest for excellence to prove anything to myself because nothing is meant to be QED things are just is. When there is a doubt it is then that we have the need to prove, but there is no doubt. Before when i was doing something it was in a bid to prove myself that I am worthy and I am good. It is funny. I notice how I take myself so seriously...my thoughts, my feelings, my wants. For one part we are told to follow our hearts and the next thing we hear, it\'s that we don\'t always get what we want. Who is not to get confused? Where can or do I see the humor in my life\'s experiences up until now? Hm....that is difficult. I see that some things make sense now that I can look back on them. Where does Humor come from. I definitely see that humor would have helped a lot in many of those situations. I remember someone saying to me that I should brush his rudeness away with humor - but how to do that when you feel insulted? Do I take the humor or do I protect myself? This brings me back to the last room: When to create and when to allow? Although, if I don\'t attach myself to people or the outcome of situations, then I can let go and focus on humor maybe? More and more I get the feeling that life is made up of paradoxes....and I do see humor in that.

Rad de multe ori de prostiile mele sau de comportarea mea,da ,imi vine intr-adevar sa rad dar stiu ca in aceea situatie era chiar greu sa rad daca aveam panici de frica dar dupa aia rad si zambesc cand ma gandesc la comportarea mea!!Zambetul si rasul imi face de acum parte din viata mea,voi capata si voi invinge totul cu zambetul si cu umorul meu,voi lua viata cu umor in viitor pt ca ingerii imi sunt mereu alaturi!!Situatiile importante, relatiile cu altii si tot ce se intampla in viata mea vor fii usurate prin zambetul si umorul meu!!Doamne ajuta-ma!!!!
