I have been thinking for days what to write in this room... I wanted to write something funny, that would make me laugh when reading it... but nothing has came to my mind yet... I suppose I am not that funny... but I love to smile and laugh... and when somebody smiles back at you just because you are smiling... the world could be such a better place if people would start smiling when looking at each other, instead of keeping close and distant... Smile just to smile, leaving all the rest behind it. When I smile I feel lighter, all the tension disappears. So this is my humour here... a big, authentic smile out to the world, to everybody!

Humorously, I take it all very, very seriously! when I know the shift comes about by just the slightest adjustment of the position I hold myself in within the energy. I know that it is even more humorous that I struggle with it so much. I look forward to experiencing the lightness of laughing about it all, laughing at the seriousness I approach everything with, because I do do that. I am working on surrender. I work hard to let go and release all of the cumbersome stuff. It is humorous that I use the word work to describe becoming lighter. I am not quite yet laughing about it, but I see the point more clearly. Laughter is good, really good, and letting go of all of the stuff that I think matters in such serious ways that don\'t really matter in those ways in the end, lightens the load. To really cut loose and laugh is to really be free, and to do that with someone is to share space and energy in a way like no other. Lightness allows the energy to rise, just like the corner of the mouth rises into a smile when the soul feels at peace, and appreciates the humor of all that transpired to get there, and appreciates it lovingly in acceptance with warmth and kindness. So it is and so it shall be for me, too.

so simple. so obvious. yet i could not see it before. it is almost laughable now, if it wasn\'t so tragically uncomfortable all these years! but i do laugh now.
