I put out to spirit yesterday that I wanted to know what was going on with me. Three days ago, I woke up feeling snarly for no apparent reason. Yesterday. I was nostalgic and weepy. The past two nights, I did not sleep well. Last night I fought little mini-demon thoughts off and on all night. It was nothing major, just sorting out little annoyances in my life. I sat down to the computer today,Feb 17, I checked my emails and this channeling was there. It answered a lot of questions for me. I trust my body to give me signals and it’s great to know from The Group the origin of the signals. I see it now as part of the shifting, releasing and cleansing process. Thanks!
