In these ever changing times many of us are evolving at a very fast pace (myself included).  It's as if someone grabbed the universal remote and hit fast forward.  I believe it is because we are here for specific reasons – grand lessons that we not only have to learn and experience for ourselves, but that we also are destined to teach others.  With the rise in vibration on this planet, everything is kicked into this higher gear in order for us to assist with our own evolution as well as that of the Earth herself.

Have you noticed any "shifts" happening to yourself or those close to you?  Are you experiencing emotional, physical and spiritual changes that seem to come on without any explanation?  Are your views changing about the world, your friends, your family and even yourself?  Welcome to evolution, Dear Ones, it isn't all what you read about in text books, is it?

If I had to compare this process to anything it would be the formation of a river.  Now when you think of how a river is formed, what do you see in your mind?   Can you picture the power of a large body of water rising and falling – spilling over and onto the land beside it?  Large rains and changes in land mass cause even more water to spill into the dips and flatness of this land.  The water is so powerful that it cuts through any blockages in its way.  Sure, there may be times when the water becomes damned up and not able to flow, but with time erosion sets in and those blockages disappear and the river flows with ease.

Now, in this analogy, your physical body is the land – the earth.  Universal life force energy – let's even go one step further and call it LOVE – is the water.  Your physical body may hold blockages – be they emotional, spiritual, mental or physical.  With the power of LOVE, these blockages can be removed allowing your own spirit to move more freely throughout your body.  By connecting completely to the body we in turn connect even more to Mother Earth.  We become grounded, centered, more focused and clear.

Think of that large body of water that helped form the river as Spirit, God, The All That Is – by tapping into this energy, by allowing it to flow through you, you allow your own soul to receive this beautiful energy.  This energy feeds your soul and allows you to learn the lessons necessary to shift – to remove the blockages that once hindered the flow of your spirit.

Allow the flow.  It is when we analyze and when we apply our human logic to the shifts in our consciousness that we prevent the very essence of what is most necessary.  When you feel these changes happening, take a deep breath and permit yourself to feel what is going on inside you (note that key word FEEL).  By feeling the emotion, you bring it to the surface and you are able to see it for what it is and let it go if you so choose.

A personal example of this process for me is experiencing betrayal.  Most recently over the last few months, several close friends in my life have granted me the gift of this most important lesson.  It was a process all in its own.  First one, then another and then another betrayed my trust.  I went from hurt, to fear, to doubt, and most recently to pure rage.  It was the most intense emotion I have ever felt.  It surfaced on every level of my being.  I could feel this rage in every cell, every atom and through my entire existence.  It brought up feelings from my childhood, from past lives, from parallel lives and merged into one powerful force.  It was dark, it was ugly and I could feel the searing burn into my heart and make it hard for me to breathe.  How easy it would have been to play victim – poor me, why me, the same old blah blah story.  Or I could have pushed it aside, not feeling worthy of such feeling – taking on all this as "my fault" or another string of "bad luck".  Instead I reveled in this feeling.  I allowed it to flow through me completely.  I drank it up and absorbed it like a sponge.  By doing so, I was able to get the lessons I needed and let it go.  It was a great lesson for me.

Allow the flow of your own experiences.  Isn't that what we came here for?  There is no need to judge them.  You need only feel them to accept the most beautiful gifts in existence.
