Dear Ones~

We look upon this day with great regard for the strength and power it takes for you to exist on this human plane of yours and learn the lessons that you learn. It takes courage, it takes humility, and it takes the where with all and the knowledge that you are going in the right direction and the faith and trust in self and in the universe that all is well. Now, some of you may look at those words and feel we have conveyed a foreign language or a foreign subject to you – but on a soul level, we know this resonates with your being.

Part of the journey you have all embarked upon involves the love of self. We wish to speak on this subject today as this is one that can be most difficult for many of you. It seems like a complete falsity to us, from our viewpoint – when we see this lesson of self love. Why would you not love yourself? When we view you, we view pure love. We view a creation of Mother/Father God – a beautiful being of light and heart energy. Why must you make things so complicated? It really is that simple.

We know that you are experiencing this "human" game and along with this game come many rules and reactions taken. We see how you are judged, guided, misled, criticized, and condoned. We also see how you are loved, shielded, protected, and cherished. The earth plane was created so that you could feel all these emotions as the negativity does not exist on the other side. By experiencing these situations, you get a much clearer perspective on your life purpose as well as a much clearer understanding for the truth. It is all in how you perceive the situations as to how much understanding you receive. If you view this "game" of life as hard, troubled and dreary – then this is your experience –

these are the limits of your understanding. If you view the "game" as loving, exhilarating, and enjoyable – then this is your experience – you are limitless. This does not mean that with the last mentioned viewpoint there are not hurdles that come along in the path – this person still experiences sadness, pain and trauma – but they choose not to dwell in the energy of those feelings. Instead, they release and come back to the tried and true resolution that all really is working for their higher good. When you hold onto the negativity, it is so much harder to see the light – to feel the loving energy that truly exists all around you.

Children, we ask you now, are you in the dark? Are you allowing the darkness in? For it will not enter your life, your "game" without an invitation. Let us give you another perspective. If you were to look at an athlete – a professional athlete – trained and sculpted to be at the best of his game. Look at the work this involves – the personal work – the time, the effort, the commitment to truly being the best. The athlete works their body to be in the finest working condition possible – they operate like a finely tuned machine – they become that accurate. Their mind becomes clear and focused – and their body and mind work as one – their instincts and their reflexes are strong and precise. Picture this athlete in your mind – watch him move – see the motion of his body – see the power and the strength. You have all witnessed these types of athletes in

your world in one form or another. They are the Olympic Gold Medal Winners, the Super Bowl Quarterbacks, the Marathon Runners. Their dedication and commitment are both prize winning and inspiring. These athletes dedicate themselves to their sports – mind, body, heart and soul.

We ask the "big" question to you now, Dear Ones – are you this dedicated to your own personal growth? Are you committed and dedicated to playing this "game" of life to the best of your abilities – or will you just skate by on the surface? Whatever you decide to do, this is your own decision – this is what you need at this very moment in time. But we would ask you to really question yourself on what it is that you need – to go within and see what answers come forth. You cannot expect to be the athlete who wins the race without first training, can you? How do you then expect to rise above the patterns you have had in place for so long without releasing them – working through them?

Does the weightlifter walk into the gym and lift 300 pounds above his head the first go

round, or does he start out with smaller weights and build up his stamina and strength? This is the time to flex those spiritual muscles, Children – to build upon what you already know and move onward and upward – both along your personal path and also into higher vibration and consciousness.

Those athletes progress from one level to the next with hard work and commitment. If you are not at the place you want to be in right now, ask yourself what you need to accomplish to get to that next level. Note that very important word "YOU" – you have the power and the ability to create your own reality – reality is not done to you or put upon you – it is created by you by your thoughts and perceptions of yourself. What are you willing to do to get to that next level?

What exciting experiences could be just around the corner for you? The sky is truly the limit, Dear Ones, all you have to do is reach out to touch it.

We ask that you imagine yourself gazing in a mirror. Look at every detail of your face – your eyes, your mouth, your cheeks, your nose. What do you feel? What words come forth as you gaze at your own reflection? Now, is this really how you feel about yourself? Recognize the feelings that have come up, be they positive or negative, and decide where you want to go with this. What could you do right now to see yourself through a bigger and brighter perspective?

Let us help – let us explain how we see you. You are a beautiful child of God. You were born as a soul, split apart in an energetic form as an individual, yet still a part of the One With All – with all of creation. Your soul has encountered and experienced many lessons on many planes and is truly the purest essence of love on its most holy and worthy vibration. Your energy still maintains this vibration, no matter what your human experience is, no matter how you view yourself, no matter how others view you. To look at you through our eyes, is to see your soul – to see that light and that brightness that shines from within.

To tap into this energy, to love yourself fully and completely is to let this light shine from within so that it shows brightly through to the outside as well. Think of it like having the most beautiful physical body ever created – completely toned, fit and healthy. You have this picturesque body, yet you wear baggy clothing to cover it. Now, some people get close enough to you to see your silhouette – to see the truth that lies underneath these baggy clothes – but most of the time, you see yourself by what you cover up with as does the rest of the world. But, is this reality, or is this merely your comfort zone?

As the saying goes – "If you've got it – flaunt it". Now is the time, Children, to shed those extra layers you hide behind and truly step into the power, the joy, the bliss and love that are your truth.

Honor the power and the spirit that is inside of you waiting to come out. It is not merely waiting to come out – it wants to come out to play, to learn, to grow, to experience happiness and joy on every level possible.

We love you, Children. We know these times of changing energy, evolution and advancement can be quite challenging. You still have the veil to contend with, even though it gets thinner and thinner with each passing day. Continue to meditate, to pray, to tap into the energy of all that is – of all that you are – and these changes will become effortless and easy. We send you love and support on all levels of time and space. We stand with you firmly and proudly as you journey through this game.
