All traditional business gurus urge any business owner to have a firm and clear Business Plan, even if they have already been in business for a while.

Why?  Because a good Business Plan lays out a scope of direction, it sets the intent and the vision out in categories and even steps that can be followed by all those involved in, (or those looking to support or fund), the business.  In fact, it is especially viewed as essential for any prospective investor to know “what you know and intend to do” with your business.

I agree with the traditional view.  But I also am very big on another more crucial component for creating and executing a path of business success for you: and that is knowing yourself above all else.

As a business owner, the business is really an extension of you.  You know the expression, “it’s not personal, it’s just business?”  That could not be less true in a light worker business.  It is TOTALLY PERSONAL and everything in the business is simply a reflection of you and your energy.

I have a term I call AUTHENTIC INTEGRITY(sm) that captures this most important success factor.  The more you can understand your wiring, your style of interacting with others, what makes you tick…

…than the more you can get clear about who you are and what makes you “uniquely you”.  The clearer you are, the more powerful your leadership, your presence, your talents will shine out.  And that means your business offer to others will be all the more clearer and powerful too.

The 11:11 energy brings enlightenment and illumination, it brings an internal expansion of a broader understanding of your world view, of who you are and the “place” you are in.  It allows us to expand our mind’s eye while centering deeper into our own authenticity.

If you can lead your light worker business with your “Authentic  Self” and all that you are…you will be more successful than 99% of all traditional businesses.

Do the exercise as soon as you can.  (And if you missed the actual dates they reference, just set you intention to go back in time and join that energy…it works too...) 

It is only through a personal commitment to breathing through our fear, releasing it completely, that we can find our true personal “authentic swing” that is all our own.  The more of them you can consciously engage with, as this exercise brings to light, the truer, clearer and more powerful your course will be.
