As a community of people who are aware of the not-yet-fully-scientifically-accepted-but-very-real physical energetic shifts going on within our solar system, and on the planet, I do not have to list the specifics of the 11:11:11 to this audience (though I have some links below for that).  What I wish to impart here is the implications that these energies have for our corporate and business communities.

 

Within the New Age community, there can be a tendency (strong at times) to have a strictly Pollyanna view of the world.  Or at the very least, is perceived in that light because the "old world" energy is so diametrically characterized as non-Pollyanna, that the New Agers only bother to focus on the opposite, so that they can keep the hope for a better day alive and well (which is a very good thing to do).

 

The Good

 

Actually I could title this first part, "The Amazing" because it is really so much better than just good.  You all know that there is no question the shift is occurring, and deep down you know it is truly an amazing thing to finally have a lifetime potential - on a planetary wide basis - where the control and manipulations of humankind will finally come to an end.  The energy of Personal Sovereignty, for each of us, and for the planet is indeed rising.  To be able to be in total command of your own energetic, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies, to have elements and resources available to you to nourish and care for and to progress those systems as you desire, for your highest "good" and the highest good of those around you...it really is almost too "good" to believe, too Pollyanna.  And yet, there are technologies and individuals, delivery systems and companies, that are already mere inches away from bringing forth (or simply redirecting) the things they currently do, to instead support and be in alignment with the things they could do, or be doing, that will benefit all of mankind.

 

Not many speak of the practicality of these things.  And those that do are often seen as quacks and loonies by the old energy Establishments.  One of the"tricks" I have been playing on myself of late is relooking at anything the current establishments have identified as quackery and insanity over the decades...as I am sure to find some gems of truth there.  In America, we spend (I think I have the figure correct) about $700 million a year on military expenses to conduct our wars.  We have spent this money over the past 7 years now, which means it is a very very very large sum...what would be the practical application of that amount of money on "fixing" the known issues with, say, the youth education systems within the U.S. or to developing and cultivating more natural methods of food production and local distribution?  We have built infrastructure and recruited staff for the revamping of the military systems rather well...could we not do the same in other areas?  You see, the argument that the "money" is just not there is actually rather a myth.  It is indeed there for the "right" reasons as long as it is "approved" and desired by those who control the flow of money.  This is one of the great lessons that we are learning at this time...money is actually rather abundant, especially for those in the business of military/intelligence related logistics, training, manufacturing, etc.  So...if given a different intent and focus...it would be pretty amazing indeed.

 

The Bad

 

Well, this is a rather straightforward conclusion.  If your business is making millions and the focus changes...you stand to lose everything.  Or at least you do if you don't shift your structures, systems and products to be able to support the new focus.  And it also might require a good deal of rethinking and a new level of effort, and you might be quite happy with how things are going now...so why rock the boat?  Well, that attitude could be rather "bad" for you in terms of outcome in the long run.  Change, from a business and corporate perspective, is best done slowly, and with foresight, so if you don't see the train coming...well, it might not be pretty.  

 

The Ugly

 

Speaking of not being pretty....

 

We have to think about, and consider, the upheaval and struggle that a "slow" or non-existent response by any/all establishments will have.  It will indeed not be pretty.  We know that this great Shift of the Ages has certainly not been an easy transition for each of us on a personal level, (and we are somewhat clued in)!  Each of us has had to shed much in the way of belief systems, life situations, relationships...I don't need to tell you do I?  That is because we each have and are going through the micro level changes that this new energy brings (and it has been hitting us for many years now...this current 11:11:11 is not really an event but a continuum )...so it is on the micro level that it happens first.  Now it will really start to hit the collective macro level.   The "ugly" part is what will occur when a business (or any formal structured system), its employees and its leaders, as both a collective system, and as individual systems, get hit with both the micro and the macro energies at the same time.  That is, an individual who has been trying to reject and ignore these energies and the messages they bring (for everyone receives them - not just the "New Agers" ) so that they did not rock the boat in their own personal life...will now also have to deal with the collectives experience of having tried not to be rocking that boat...a much LARGER boat...and they will now have to deal with both events - at the SAME time. 

 

That could be rather an ugly experience.  Imagine all you (as a reader and follower of these kinds of websites) have gone through yourself...now imagine you did not go through them yet because you just didn't want to "go there", and now everyone around you goes through it at the same time as you?  How do you cope when all the rugs are ripped out from under you -at the SAME time?  How do you manage when all the systems and structures and belief systems around you crumble?  And you have no foundation (like the 11:11:11 messages) on which to build something new?

 

I am thinking U.G.L.Y. bolded and in all caps...

 

It is, as Mr. Smith in the Matrix movie told Neo..."inevitable". 

 

The Pollyanna Gift

 

And that is, of course, why you...a pioneer and a wayshower...have already traversed a great deal of the path yourselves.  You are not just able to look at things in a Pollyanna fashion...you ARE a Pollyanna gift to humanity.  You are the surprise.  You, just by being able to know from experience that you, not only survived, but are all set, and all ready, to go build a new way of being.  You have been formed of the crucible of these energies, you have accepted them (well not always easily!) but...you have weathered them enough to know that there just isn't anything more that can surprise you (or at least not too much...).  Once awakened you know you can't go back. 

 

Awakened to what is the real question?  And the answer is...awakened to who you really are.  Fear does not = you.  Fear is not who you are.  And so by having awakened to the proof that no matter how bumped and banged you may have been over these past many years (and even perhaps this week...), you are still standing...

 

Still standing because you no longer are allowing fear to dictate how you feel about, and react to, your life.  (It may still pop up now and again...but the SHIFT is that it has little control over you).

 

The flip side of the "ugly" is that shifts can now occur rapidly and with much more grace - because it involves a mass consciousness.  And if you get an opportunity to share what you know, and WHO you really are...they get to learn from the best.  And how much easier is that?  fear may beget more fear...but Love begets more love.  And, of course, love, as light, always lights up a darkened room.

 

Be the gift...this too, is inevitable.
