~~ Our Conscious Choice's ~~

Here we are again on the threshold of completing a powerful year of change and stepping into a bright new year.  December is always a month of contemplative review as we revisit the energy shifts and experiences of the past twelve months.  The energy of each month through out the year accrues to December where we have a melting pot or "crucible" of energy that forms a bridge to the coming year.  It is a time of quiet and thoughtful review; a time to make peace with all actions taken or decisions not made.

During this month we will become aware of our choices from our higher place of consciousness.  Conscious choice's are the result of this year's energy of mastery.  We have surfed tremendous waves along our inner path, and have been uplifted by many star alignments, gateways, portals and crystalline transmissions.

As I mentioned in my November article, beloved Mary Magdalen's energy and guiding hand was woven into all my 2009 articles.  We opened the year with the theme of "collaboration" and this energy quickly became the pivotal energy of change within ALL relationships.  Each new and full moon capitalized on the energy of change within our inner and outer relationships. Without question all of us experienced some form or revelation and transformation with our most important relationship - that being with our sacred heart and inner self.

Magdalen's energy was fully expressed during the powerful gateway of the 11:11:11 giving charge and a conscious vibratory lift as we merged our Divine Sacred Feminine and Masculine energies.  This crystalline activation brought forth a powerful surge of excitement and challenges as we pursed harmony and balance within, while often seeing and feeling a chaotic and rampant change in every aspect of our lives.  Her loving presence and that of ALL our beloved guides, teachers and angels will remain constant and supportive as we continue our evolutionary path at lightening speed.

We are being nudged strongly to take advantage of these crystalline transmission gateways to expunge fear, lack, limiting beliefs, physical & emotional pain, drama, trauma, ego and consciously choose to recognize our divine light and sacred heart.  It has been said many times this year that these are not easy times, yet each one of us choose to be here during these amazing times of growth and change. 

I saw an amazing movie last night called The Blind Side.  It is a true story about a young black man who's childhood was filled with physical and emotional trauma.  A wealthy white family took him in and he blossomed and became a star professional football athlete.  As I thought about this heart warming film, this young man "chose" to stay pure of heart and gentle of spirit.  The family that took him in "chose" to see his heart and potential and not his short comings.  All concerned made "Conscious Choice's" despite what their community and social beliefs would dictate.  All were gifted with the consciousness of giving from the heart, and the truth of what was real and not how things appeared.

In truth, we are being asked to do the same thing with our conscious choices.  It is easy to fall victim to our failings and disappointments, to feel fatigue and sense of loss. To read the news and sense the fear of change. Yet at the same time we have within our Heart the most magnificent flame that is always there, and always available to alchemically transmute our lower nature into a sweet soft place of acceptance.

There is a science to manifesting our desires in harmony with our song ( our heart ).  There is the Law of Attraction, The Law of Gratitude, The Law of Acceptance and most importantly the Law of Love.

2009 brought a plethora of opportunity and dramatic change, filled with trials and tribulations that were felt deeply within our personal lives and that of the collective.  The energy potentials upon our planet are playing out and change will continue to challenge our inherent need to feel safe and secure.  Feeling safe is important to each of us, whether that be physical safety, emotional safety or spiritual safety.  We are being taught quickly and dramatically that true safety and feeling secure comes from a deep place with our sacred heart. As we surrender within our heart there is an inner wave or flame of energy, a dialogue that merges with our outer communication - shifting our perspective and allowing for Conscious Choice in every moment.

Being of generous heart and spirit is the operative energy for December and the coming powerful transmissions that will support our deepest levels of Mastery. Trusting that plans change swiftly and will bring something better.  As always the December celestial lineup builds energy that will springboard us into 2010, which will be another grand year of change, opportunity and challenge - but rife with excitement a new feeling of expansion and freedom. 

December 21st is the Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere where we have the shortest day of the year, and in the Southern Hemisphere the Summer Solstice with the longest day.  Both are illumined and seed or bridge the energy to 2010 and also to 2012.  It is a time of illumination and celebration with our beloved Mother Earth - no matter where we live.  A time to celebrate our strengths and determination as lightworkers and starseeds to fulfil our destiny of Ascension.  We are merging more and more with our 5D crystalline lightbody and this alone is cause for jubilant celebration and a good pat on our back.

As I mentioned earlier, we are graced with two Full Moons in December.  The first  on December 2nd opens with a flood of energy and information, expect the unexpected seems to be the best course of action or non action - whatever fits.  The second Full Moon comes on the 31st and is united with an auspicious and illumined Lunar Eclipse.  This moon offers raw power for manifestation, any and all New Years resolutions will have high octane strength.  This will be a time of deep conscious choice filled with excitement as we step into 2010. This unique moon timing means the first moon of January 2010 will be the New Moon united with a Solar Eclipse of January 15th.  Truly a powerful time of creativity and transformation.

The eclipses of 2009 were monumental energy transmissions, in particular the ones in July.  We are still experiencing that window of energy, and the December/January eclipses will further amplify what was created then.  We are collectively activating change and solidifying are ascension process - our ability to stay in our hearts, feel joy and gratitude will be our ticket to an uplifting and expansive new year.

During 2009 our beloved Mother Earth continued to experience a fast and powerful expansion as more divine feminine light from the Central Sun was received.  A natural law of energy is contraction will follow expansion.  As lightworkers and starseeds we bravely and tenaciously walk between our 3D and 5D worlds.  This is a challenge and our physical body takes a fair share of this burden, the past months have been demanding energetically and many are experiencing intense physical symptoms, many mentioned during past articles.  In my session work I consistently see clients with nervous systems on high alert, as we bridge the many energy shifts.  This leads to a feeling of anxiety, sleep disturbances and fatigue.  Without proper rest our immune system and its inherent defences can be lowered.  Our endocrine system is intimately connected to each of our chakra's - which are vortices of energy assimiliation and frequency alignment.  Minerals play a huge role in the foundation of all our body systems, and most of us are mineral deficient.  Protein needs increase when the body is stressed and our endrocrine system demands more bio-available fuel during these demanding times.

There is so much to be grateful for on our beloved Mother Earth, so many blessings, gifts to share with our loved ones and more importantly those we meet as strangers only to recognize as soul family in a sparkling instant.  From a place of deep appreciation and gratitude, I thank each one of you that have shared their love and trust with me, in private sessions, workshops, meditations  and in reading and sharing this article. 

I wish everyone a joyous holiday season however you choose to honour this time.  May 2010 sprinkle angel dust upon your path, and your heart be filled with joy and anticipation for an another amazing year in our evolutionary journey.
