Who thought that being stuck in the middle, is the next great thing for 2010?

It ain't all this or that

I have got this radio. Actually two. Both on different radio broadcasts.

One is for the serious stuff and the second for the: ~I sing a long and dance in my livingroom~ music.

The first tells me about war in Africa, where woman are being raped, children are being kidnapped and forced to fight, of terrible torture, murder and about the U.N that has trouble to stop all this.

The second radio tells me about ice cakes, dancing, abundance and the good stuff in life.

Both are true. I am stuck in the middle is a line from a song that flows in my head now.

When we stay in the middle, neutrality enters our space. We can find the middle by breathing in and out and choosing to stay out of polarity.
By allowing the neutrality to enter your space, the entire room changes.
In that space total acceptance of yourself and others can occur. This is where safe space flows.

It gives you a great base as an empowerment specialist.

A client can enter the room I sit in very angry or extremely happy.
When I sit there in my middle with an open heart and smile on my face I notice my clients are getting calm. No matter what they where feeling before.

This way the world around you can be in war, people can shout or laugh, the events outside you doesn't determine who you are.
Freedom can truly be found inside ourselves, no matter what tune the radio is playing.

I wish you a great 2010, in where you find your middle. By sharing your middle you create the magic the world needs.
