It has been so long for me that I am not exactly sure when I first started seeing 11:11’s showing up in my life.  I do know that someone asked me if they were showing up, and then I know I started seeing them more often after they asked, and they had also me what they meant.  I had the advantage of knowing from that person what it meant before the images really came on strong.  And they have been with me ever since.

So if this video seems familiar, then you too are being “tapped” just as many of us are when we see the 11:11 on clocks, on license plates, on bridge height signs, on speedometers, store item prices or where ever we end up seeing them.  I have a dear friend, Joseph P. who walked past a parked car and the dashboard inspection stickers boldly claimed “11, 11”.  He phoned me up immediately to tell me what happened to him as he saw it.  He was walking across the street, and as we all can often be, was fully engrossed in a life challenge of the moment, in a hurry and anxious about the outcome of his day.  Upon seeing the stickers he said he felt “an instant lifting” of his minds current pressing issue, an opening of his heart, as if a breath of fresh air reached his lungs, and out of the blue he felt grounded and at peace again.  And that experience he had is a great explanation of what the 11:11 means. 

According to lightworker lore, it is simply the act of the Angels/Spirt/Source tapping you on the shoulder and saying “Hey look, we are here.  We are here beside you.  You are here beside us.  You are on the right path, you have arrived.”  And, you may ask, it is arriving into what?  Simply put: The path you in your soul essence, your eternal I AM oneness, had laid out for yourself prior to your incarnation in this lifetime.  Now let me share with you that I usually see them when I really least expect to…that is, when I am feeling that my life is NOT on the path, is NOT where it should be, and like my friend, am also very engrossed in the very dense 3D’ness of this “perceived” reality.  That is, I am not feeling very spiritual or enlightened at all...but then, up pops the 11:11.  And my reaction?  I usually give a bit of a laugh and a “hey, gee, thanks for reminding me…but it SURE don’t seem like I am!”

But in that moment of recognition…there is a shift.  I am stopped from “being” in my minds engrossing issue, one that had my full attention and energy.  I am taken out of that confining thought or mood, and instead I get reminded of who I really am.  I am reminded I am a spirit having a human experience.  I am reminded that I am here to make a statement of a different kind than my mind, a mind culturally conditioned and programmed to be focused on the material matters at hand, would have me thinking about.  It is not a statement about bank statements or political statements.  It is a statement of a more eternal nature…it is a statement about a shift, a shift in mood, a shift in outlook, a shift in energy.  I AM, as YOU ARE, that SHIFT.  Seeing the 11:11 is a bit of humor from “the other side” because, they know we are encased in the veil of forgetting who we really are, and they are really only reminding us of who we are already.  And the irony is, this is exactly what we, as lightworkers, do for everyone else in our lives.  In other words, YOU are the 11:11!  You are a walking talking signpost of awareness and enlightenment.

Hey Joe, Say It Is So! 

You are here to create a pause within the 3D reality, a breather, a moment.  And in that moment, as you walk across the street and meet another human, that other person gains the gift of being lighter, of experiencing a breather, a lessening of their own mind’s pressing issues.  You really are a walking talking 11:11 signpost energetically.  And the irony is, many times you think you are just another regular Joe trying to get through the day as best you can, right?  I know who you are... 

Bu take a non ego based moment, yet still interested, look around.  How COULD you have acted when you met that person as you crossed the street?  Could you have been a bit more distracted, a bit more irritated, a bit more rude or selfish?  Do you look around and see that many still are fully engrossed in their own mental processes, and ARE a bit more (sometimes a LOT more)?  Perhaps they are even outright angry? 

You see?  You ARE making a difference.  You are, and collectively WE are, energetically, one moment, one breath, one light at a time, causing tiny ripples in the fabric of humanity that is collectively adding up to a not so virtual, and very real, tidal wave of “shift”.  The good kind, that is.  Because, despite how irritated, engrossed, distraught, or distracted you are, you are still, for the most part, (not perfectly but more often than not), willing to give the other person a break, give them a hand more easily, or just plain give them the benefit of the doubt.

The Grand Naiveté

Why? Because, even if you think you are “just like everyone else”, the fact is, you are a bit different.  Despite how much you might sometimes wish you didn’t keep coming back to seeing these 11:11’s because they don’t seem to “buy you happiness”…despite how you may want to “think and grow rich” instead…you just can’t stop yourself from being yourself. 

And who are you?  You are someone who consistently, no matter how older or mature you get, still manages to “get taken advantage of”.  Still manages to have someone else “trick you again”, get you “sucked in again” or just plain “get one over on you”…yes, yet again!  Funny how that works?  But the jokes on them, eh?

Well, here is a shift: you really are NOT the one getting the short end of the stick.  It is the “they” who are getting something they never bargained for. 

You see, the reason you seem to be so darn naïve, over and over again…truly surprised every time someone else in your life assumes the worst of you, assumes that they need to protect and guard themselves (seemingly at your expense...), is because you are the walking talking embodiment of the energy of home, and the energy of home knows nothing of such defensive and fear based ways.  You are closer to source energy…and “being more at home” there is no such thing as another person with “an agenda”, “an angle” in that home.  There is no one who is trying to manipulate or deceive or take advantage.  It is all open and transparent.  All thoughts are there for everyone to see, hear and feel to the fullest.  And so, who would want to muck up the waters?  No one.  So at “home”, no one does.  And THAT is what you expect to happen here too.  And THAT is why you might think you are always so nice and gullible…because YOU ARE!

You EXPECT your boss to already know you are coming to work each day to do your best.  You EXPECT the traffic cop to know you did not intentionally put yourself into the intersection as the light was changing.  You EXPECT your lover to know you LOVE them.

And That IS the Gift You Might Gladly Remember

These other humans walking around on this planet are getting something special when you are there to receive their fears…they are getting YOU.  And that is an amazing gift. You are teaching them by WHO you are BEING when they try to manipulate you.  You don’t react like they would, you don’t cause more pain, more injury, more hatred and harm.  You don’t spin the energies they way they are spinning them.  You bring a calmness to the interaction.  You bring non-violence.  You bring wisdom.  You, in short, bring a new way of reaction and action.  And all the while, you thought you were not doing much at all, eh?  Remember this: You are the Gift, YOU are the 11:11.
