Be Authentic and Rock your World -Blow Your Socks Off.

Authenticity is a funny thing. Isn’t it cool to be who you are? To express yourself in your own unique way.  The more I grow, the more I like being authentic. It’s like giving a color to your soul on all levels. In alignment with what you really believe, think, feel. That translates itself in how you act.

There is a kind of selflessness needed for authenticity. It’s diving to your own core, in serves of all. You are green for instance and I’m purple. It could be that I want to be green, but that would be unfaithful to my soul.  Being authentic is not holding on to the something that you’re not, or adopting behavior. It’s a total intrinsic process that asks you to feel and breath in every second.

You see it sometimes; people who try to be something they’re not. It happens a lot. You see it in people who want to go desperately for fame. Instead of being who they are and accepting fame as a result. Success can be a result of being authentic and in integrity.  It’s not a goal, it’s a side effect.
When we hold on to fame to much we start to rely on what others think about us, instead of feeling on the inside.  You can become a hype in a minute, have the attention of the world, and a few weeks later lose it all. Hypes are empty. Fame is kinda empty when it’s based on a lack of integrity, on you being purple instead of your soul color. Just like we don’t need  to attach to much to the bad things people say about us, we don’t want to attach to the nice things people say.  It’s so easy to start needing that input to function, and before you know it you are living to fulfill expectations. 

Feel free to start anew every day. To reinvent yourself in every breath you take. To be faithful to your soul. Dare to step in new adventures. Be free to build a strong foundation.

I love to be a skinny women with big boobs, but hey I’m a cool chick with a fat ass and a divine belly. I can try my whole life to be that skinny women, but who other than me can represent divine body fat, honor my small boobs better than me? I love to be subtle, not so noisy and not so clumsy. I know I’m the one that carries that clumsiness and loudness in an awesome way. It makes me authentic.

All the stuff that I would like to change is part of the stuff that makes me unique. Authenticity is carrying out your unique vibrational signature in the world. It clears everything. Communication, expression and blockages. It’s possible to consciously activate it in your DNA.  Simply by intention and living your vibration. You just have to be plain honest to yourself and others for that.

Authenticity is related to integrity, to honesty and intention. People who have this in alignment seem to create in an easy flow and attract the fun stuff of life. When something is out of alignment, struggle and drama is created. Which is totally cool, cause why should we disrespect our wonderful amazing drama’s, beliefs and pains? When we say: Oke, it’s here. I feel like shit. I feel happy and that is sooo appropriate and cool, we bring integrity and balance back on all levels.
When we try to deny it, when we start to pretend, say different things than what we really feel and think we are lying to our soul. It’s a great game when you want to play that.

For me it’s fun at the moment to express my feelings, thoughts, likes and dislikes, to give expression to my authentic being. It creates a cool flow. It’s such a loving and compassionate flow that is so real, so true, so pure and divine like a drop of essence.

When we start to judge, judgment we keep recreating a never-ending loop. Just do it. Dare to express your thoughts, feelings and act it out. True expression is always loving, nurturing and in service of all that is.

It’s fun to do that in society, in where being alike and conform yourself, is almost a norm. Our fears block us from being real. When you look someone in the eyes and see their soul, fear leaves. You see yourself and love is all there is. Even among manipulation and hatred.  Feel and do. Think and express. 

Let’s not battle but hand out handkerchiefs for inner children instead.
