Elina, a starchild

Although nowadays spirituality sometimes meets science this is not yet the case in the field of psychology and psychiatry. This leads to a lot of misunderstanding and therefore  no accurate approach to help people who feel lost.

All her life Elina felt like a stranger on this planet. She felt lonely, not understood. Actually she didn’t understand herself either.  Psychiatrists had labeled her as having many psychiatric disorders. Lately she had an ‘experience’, as she calls it. In this experience she was told that she is a starchild.

When Elina comes to my practice I meet a young woman, somewhere in her twenties. She behaves shy, withdrawn, and gives the impression of not feeling safe. She tells me that the main reason for asking for help has to do with an experience in which unusual things happened. In the past Elina was diagnosed by psychiatrists and psychologists  as having depression, being borderline and  ADD. When she had this ‘experience’ she was diagnosed as psychotic and later being schizophrenic.

In her most recent experiences she feels like she is reliving long forgotten memories. The first series of experiences are very unpleasant and frightening. She informs me that she has recollections  of child abuse.  She can’t tell whether these memories have to do with this life or past lives. She doesn’t understand them. She doesn’t feel part of it. But why then does she have these experiences?

The last part of her experience is much nicer. She feels light and love and re-members she is a starchild. At that very moment she has never heard of the word starchild.

Because I work from a more spiritual view I see Elina as a multidimensional being. She feels lost in this dimension we call living on Earth. She’s not able to handle the information she has from the other dimensions. So in one of these sessions  we start this conversation about multidimensionality and I shed some light on her experiences.

When she saw the images or dreamed these experiences (both were the case) she was connecting with other dimensions.  She lost most contact with her earthly life and her multidimensional experiences felt very vivid and alive.

When she for some part left her body to connect with these other dimensions she first was in fear. Emotions are magnetic and therefore she draws multidimensions to herself which resonate with her fear. Somehow she bumped into this dimension in which (child)abuse is a regular experience.
In my minds eye I see an energetic wall. Elina causes a circular wave in this wall, the wall opens and she enters this other dimension.

In the universe all sorts of game boards exist. On planet Earth most people still play the game of polarity, which means that there’s black and white, good and bad, male and female etc., we live in  a time line which consists mostly in past or future time (rarely in present time) and we act-react.  
Some of us start to live from a higher perspective/consciousness from where the polarity will be replaced by oneness, living in present time and having a choice how to act rather than react. Emotions no longer are seen as good or bad but as indicators to act upon. We have a choice of living /being the light and no longer identifying with these emotions.

In other dimensions other game boards exist, not necessarily involving polarity. Either game is just as beautiful to play as the other one. We humans have these emotions of good and bad and therefore easily judge a game as nice or not nice or even terrible. But let’s approach this a bit differently. When I was young in my family we played a lot of different board games. Some only had to do with cards and numbers, others involved a war game,  like Stratego, Risk, Settlers of Catan and world of warcraft.  As a child I didn’t like to play games that belonged to the second group,  which involved war of any sort and using dominant forces, because I didn’t like this feeling. I had this judgment that war was wrong. Now I understand that all these games are just games starting from different point of views, having different rules and assumptions. They are just different. One is not any better than the other one.

The same is true about the games we play in the universe. No game is bad. They are just different.

When Elina connected with the dimension of child abuse she lowered her vibration. We do this when fear or anger or any sort of lower emotions are involved.  By  doing this she felt as if the experience had something to do with her actual self, which is not necessarily the case. By lowering her vibration she starts identifying with the child she experiences. Probably Elina has some fear of child abuse. This made her magnets connect easily with a dimension where this child abuse exist. It doesn’t mean she actually was abused as a child in this life or even in other lives.

Thanks to some higher part of her Self she then was released from this situation and connected with another experience, another dimension. There she re-membered  being a starchild. In her heart she recognized truth in this remembrance . A new chapter of her life started. Still not understanding who she is, but now having some clue where to look.

Elina is not the actual name of this loving woman, who now knows she’s a starchild.  A friend of hers calls her Alien! So I made an anagram of this word and changed it to Elina.

In the sessions that already followed and still will follow we will work on connecting Elina to her true self, which will involve clearings, healings and activations. But also working on tools how to live on this planet called Earth while she is a starchild. Still being approached by many others as being an Alien, but knowing for herself who she really is.
