It's like a toddler who starts to define itself

It's like a toddler who feels he/she has got power

To create

It's giving value to your energy

It's protecting yourself

from the ones who take and take

It's living new energy

when you say no

No to all the input

No to leaking

No to poverty inside yourself

No to grumpy old men

No to ladies who gossip

No is saying yes to the divine in yourself.

And people may think that you are crazy.

They may tell you you are stubborn.

Unattached as if you have got bonding issues

They may leave you

They may get angry with you

Cause you say no.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

Magical words, like a magical blanket

That protects us from the outside.

It's like a song that brings us back to our core.

Once we landed and start to feel that energy inside ourselves

we can vibrate that safe space we all are longing for.

That is where the yes begins. The yes to the sun,

To the earth, to expanding life.

Yes to our body, yes to friends.

Yes to expression and sharing.

And you know when to say no.

You know when you feel like you have lost yourself.

You know how to say no cause you have discovered the yes

inside yourself.

Special exercise:

Imagine that there is a volcano in front of you.

Send all the unwanted energies you are experiencing

from yourself or others inside the volcano, into mother earth.

Fill your energy field with a golden flow from your crown

to your feet.

I do this exercise after I come home from work. It allows me to be me again.
