Shala Mata

Shala was born and raised on Vancouver Island, in Western Canada and continues to make her home on this magical island. The death of her father in 1975 was the catalyst for what has become an over 30-year study of Spirituality, Energy, Frequency, Vibration & Healing. Having overcome a lifetime fear of water, Shala has re-membered her passion and connection to the whales and dolphins of our planet. She continues communicate and swim with these loving teachers who so graciously support our ascension process and our beloved Mother Earth.

Shala's active energy healing practice supports the bridge between the physical and energy matrix of the body. Her work supports those with the desire to improve their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

A personal session with Shala is a unique energy experience that offers tools and wisdom to support your physical body through the many levels and shifts of energy upon the planet. She has the ability to channel many levels of frequency and vibration and works closely with her Arcturian guides in Holographic Healing techniques, that offer powerful old pattern release and future self connection. She also has a vast knowledge and understanding of diet, nutrition and the superfoods that can truly feed your body.

A private session can help you overcome obstacles, find solutions and create opportunities to apply new tools in your daily life. Each session is one hour in length, taped and the cost is 100.00 US. Payments are handled easily through Pay Pal. Effective Jan 1, 2009 session fee's will be 125.00 US.

Dearest Light Family,

So much has occurred in our personal and collective lives since I last wrote my Spring Ascending Cosmic Pulse. April brought the passing of my beloved mum Ada, along with a myriad of family dynamics, business travel, healing clients and the on going navigation of the continuous energy we have all been surfing ! Now here it is July, and once again where did the time go ?

I mentioned in January of this year that I felt my monthly article would change in format during the coming months, and true to form in this dynamic timing that has occurred. As many of you know I have been writing my monthly Ascending Cosmic Pulse for many years and also hosting a monthly recorded Whale and Dolphin Meditation, both of which I love.

I have decided to combine the two and instead a writing my article, I will give an overview of the Month at the beginning of my monthly Whale Dolphin Meditation and then finish with the meditation. This stream lines the process and bridges the two in hopefully a coherent and supportive way. Our beloved Whales and Dolphins are vital and instrumental in the ascension of our Mother Earth, and it is now fitting that both be united.

This combining happened quite by accident in my June meditation, however the feedback was good - so here goes. I hope you enjoy the July overview and meditation. For clarity I am including the June overview and meditation as well. I want to thank ALL that were able to join in and participate with me for our sixth Whale and Dolphin Global Meditation for 2011. The love and energy allowed a deepening to our connection with the "Whale Matrix" which will be the foundation for all further meditations. We aligned today with the powerful energy of July and the massive change that is occurring on all levels. The eclipses, solstice, new and full moons are offering a plethora of opportunity to realign and expand.

July speaks to Birth or Re-Birth and the labour we have been enduring as all manner of change has been brought forth. Our beloved whales and dolphins today wanted to "play" in the newness of the timing....

We connected with our non-physical selves within a 5D crystalline sanctuary and the Whales and Dolphins played in our transcended "puddles" of light to fill each one of us with light filled excitement and Joy. We connected with the energy of this month of July and all its intensity and change. The whales and dolphins called this meditation a time to play and feel like a new babe - a time of great expansion but also of taking time for our personal care first and foremost.

We are and will remain in dramatic times of change over the coming months, and our beloved Whales and Dolphins are within us offering a cohesive interface between our sacred heart and our 3D/ 5D bodies. The Whales and Dolphins offered support for us and our beloved Mother Earth, by weaving the vibrational frequency of LOVE, uniting ALL in this timing.

Our beloved Whales and Dolphins along with our Beloved Arcturians, Pleiadians, Ascended Masters, and Star-Seed families will continue to support the interface of our 3D/5D systems as we continue to surf the crystalline vibrational upgrades of 2011.
