Shala Mata

Shala was born and raised on Vancouver Island, in Western Canada and continues to make her home on this magical island. The death of her father in 1975 was the catalyst for what has become an over 30-year study of Spirituality, Energy, Frequency, Vibration & Healing. Having overcome a lifetime fear of water, Shala has re-membered her passion and connection to the whales and dolphins of our planet. She continues communicate and swim with these loving teachers who so graciously support our ascension process and our beloved Mother Earth.

Shala's active energy healing practice supports the bridge between the physical and energy matrix of the body. Her work supports those with the desire to improve their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

A personal session with Shala is a unique energy experience that offers tools and wisdom to support your physical body through the many levels and shifts of energy upon the planet. She has the ability to channel many levels of frequency and vibration and works closely with her Arcturian guides in Holographic Healing techniques, that offer powerful old pattern release and future self connection. She also has a vast knowledge and understanding of diet, nutrition and the superfoods that can truly feed your body.

A private session can help you overcome obstacles, find solutions and create opportunities to apply new tools in your daily life. Each session is one hour in length, taped and the cost is 100.00 US. Payments are handled easily through Pay Pal. Effective Jan 1, 2009 session fee's will be 125.00 US.

Dearest Light Family,

Welcome to my December Whale and Dolphin Cosmic Pulse. Today during my review of the energy for December we discussed the current energy trends and the power timing of the 12:12, along with the dramatic physical, mental, emotional & spiritual changes that are occurring with all of us collectively at this time.

The energy of December is a time of deep inward review, depending on your perspective and allowing. The Whales and Dolphins referred to the 12:12 gateway as an honouring of who we truly be. They were quietly beaming frequencies that mirrored to us our unique divine light. This timing like last month is a time for "internal" mapping our frequency within our sacred heart space, and beamed an image of a floating crystalline temple or palace where we could cohere all of our unique frequency signatures into balance. The whales and dolphins offered a loving message of support and understanding as we move through these challenging times.

I want to thank ALL that were able to join in and participate with me today. The love and energy allowed a deepening to our connection with the "Whale Matrix" which will be the foundation for all further meditations. We aligned today with the powerful energy of December and the massive change that is occurring on all levels. The Whales and Dolphins showered us with the frequency of "Love" today, giving each of us a new found inner strength and a new level of trust.

We connected with our non-physical, multi-dimensional selves within a 5D crystalline sanctuary and the Whales and Dolphins played in our transcended "puddles" of light to fill each one of us with light filled awe and honour. We connected with the energy of this month of December and all its intensity and change.

We are and will remain in dramatic times of change over the coming months, and our beloved Whales and Dolphins are within us offering a cohesive integration and interface between our sacred heart and our 3D/ 5D bodies. The Whales and Dolphins offered support for us and our beloved Mother Earth, by weaving the vibrational frequency of LOVE, uniting ALL in this NOW timing.

Our beloved Whales and Dolphins along with our Beloved Arcturians, Pleiadians, Ascended Masters, and Star-Seed families will continue to support the interface of our 3D/5D systems as we continue to surf the crystalline vibrational upgrades of 2011.
