How many of us long for a workplace that supports us on a human level?  How many of us want to get out from under the rules that hold us accountable for being artificial?

As we traverse the working world, we think that what we do each day is our business.  The mundane tasks that we do each day, the preparations, the planning, the stressors, the joys, the customers, clients or patrons that we serve - all that is what we think of as our business.  We could not be more wrong…

Sometimes it can assist us to step back every once in a while and take in the big picture.  By revisiting a wider perspective of it all, it can help us reconnect with the things that might be still holding onto us that we might want to have let go.  For really, the “it” is not holding onto us, but it is “us” that won’t let “it” go.  In this month’s article, I am going to suggest a journey you may not want to take. It is a journey about a final clearing that will be necessary for all of us to take in order to fully create the new lives and businesses we desire to have.

For those of us on the lightworker path, it is a badge of honor to walk in peace despite what is going on in the world around us.  I freely admit, that badge keeps falling off my chest!  How about you?

The energies of “Fear and Loathing” are compounded all around us. The news - in print, cable and television is awash in that energy.  In keeping with old energy rules for acquiring viewers, it is still primarily only designed to initiate fear and create blame, finger pointing and anger.  In short, it can’t help itself but to be very dramatic in a highly exaggerated way.

Many times I find myself in situations at my workplace where I “ignore” the many teachings about the changes we are experiencing and still “pretend” to myself the old way of dealing with things still works.  Of course, I end up “relearning a few lessons” that I rather wish I had not had to study up on again!
