This month's enhancing frequency article is short and to the point. We must learn to replace our desire with acceptance. When you desire you are in a state of wanting, and then your consciousness creates the experience of want or desire. You live your entire life "desiring" more money, "desiring" more vacations, "desiring" more love, "desiring" less physical pain, "desiring" to lose weight. The key lies in replacing the desire with acceptance. Acceptance is about taking responsibility for where you are in your life. You are no longer denying who you are, you are not blaming anyone or anything else. You have ceased desiring and have accepted your current situation as your truth for this moment in time. Once you do that, change can then occur with much less resistance, and in an instant!




It is as simple and fundamental as this: “Is your glass half empty or is it half full?” You can dwell on your loss and grief, or you can focus on all the joy and love you have been given and how much that has contributed to your life.
