Welcome to the Transition Team Section of Lightworker

Transition Team Specialists are people who help souls cross between dimensions.

The process of Birth and Death are the two major transitions in each lifetime.   Healers working with people in these transitions are known as transition team specialists.  Although it is possible for healers to work in all areas of transition, the Group describes transition healers as a three part process:

1. First is the healer who works with the human making the transition either after birth or prior to death.

2. Second is the healer who works with the family around the transition.

3. Third is the healer who works with the soul either prior to birth or after death..

The Groups says that these "teams" exist on both sides of the veil.  Like passing a torch a specialist on the other side is helping the soul into the birth process ony to have the entering soul greeted by another specialist on here on Earth.  Likewise, when a soul leaves throught he process of dying a team member helps them leave the body to be greeted by another member from the other side welcoming them Home.

"When you go to sleep at night with something troubling or heavy on your mind, it is law of energy that you must revisit that same thought and that same energy upon awakening.

The transitions you know as death and birth are similar in that if you leave troubled, scared or confused, it is law of energy that upon reincarnating you must revisit those same challenges.

This often determines the beginning state and first direction of each incarnation which is the initial soul trajectory. It is often that a soul never recovers from that initial direction in life and gets stuck in a seemingly endless loop that overshadows their life from that point forward.

Therefore those who help in the transition process help raise the collective vibration of humanity more than any other modality.

Transition Team members are some of the greatest healers on Earth, yet, you do not honor them and often do not even recognize them as healers."

We at Lightworker wish to change that.  We believe that being human can be a much less fearful experience if we remember and honor the beautiful process of transition.  This space is dedicated to that purpose and to recognize some of the greatest healers on our planet.

The Group talks about the days of Lemuria when we made real contracts to help at least one other person to cross to the other side when their time came.  It would not surprise me to find us returning to those customs in the days ahead.

May we all have the grace of Transition Team members when it is our time to cross the veil in either direction.
