The Transition Team Message Board

The Group has spoken many times of the Transition Teams. These are people, or teams of people who help with those who are transitioning to the other side. The Group says that transition is much like going to sleep. If you have ever gone to sleep with something heavy on your mind, you know that it is always the first thing that you must experience upon awakening. What we call death, or the transition, is much like sleep in this manner. Therefore people who willingly work with others to help in the transition process are highly valued in the larger perspective.

This first came out as part of the 'Amor' channelings from the Group. In the days of Mu we had a custom called "The Walk into Light" This was a declaration of adulthood at age twelve very similar to Jewish customs that are practiced today. In this Walk into Light it was customary to find one person who was older and make an important commitment with them. This was a sacred contract to help in the transitions in this person´s life. Once the contract was in place it was customary for them to get to know each other well. They would be very special friends with a strong common bond. Although this contract was often resisted by the immediate family it was for their benefit. Any time one of these people would experience a transition they would call the other to help balance their energy. Sometimes this meant life changes and others it meant transitioning to the other side of life. If the person 'left' suddenly then the transition assistant would work with the soul and the family in their grieving process. If there was time the transition assistant would come to the home of the person and help them back to health or hold their hand as they left.

The difficulties in this type of work are many. Even in the days of Mu, transition was not something that people looked forward to. Today it is misunderstood even more. These special master healers rarely see the difference they make in the overall scheme of things. Most of their patients die and even though they know in their hearts that they have made a huge difference it is rarely shown to the outside world. This is the reason we have yet to support our Transition Team members. We are here to change that and bring the transition teams together for the good of the all.

The Group says that the Transition Teams have not been supported to do their work here at this time. With the increase of those who will be leaving, it is now time for the transition teams to form and to take their place. Transition Team members usually help the transition process in one of three ways:

1. To help directly on a one to one basis with those in transition.

2. To help with the families during the transition and to help with the grieving process after a transition.

3. To help the spirit of the departed one to find the Light of Home after transition.

Although it is possible for team members to work in all of these areas it is more common for them to specialize in one of these areas. Since the overall desired effect may require more than one person the Group has labeled these the "Transition Teams."

People transition in many ways. A quick transition with an unexpected death will need more work with the family and on the soul level. A long term illness will need more hands on work. From the predictions of the Group in many channels, now is the time to start gathering these teams. Many have found ways to participate in Hospice work as a volunteer. These people have made a difference already on this planet adding to the overall vibrational advancement.

It is our intent to provide a space for the Transition Teams to form and to begin to make themselves available. We encourage you to find one other person and make a contract for life to be a transition team member. Keep track of this special person and keep the contacts alive always. Even as we begin to extend our life range to over 300 years these people will still be needed. The next step is ours and if we work together we will once again shift the paradigm and make space for human empowerment.
