I had a gentleman call me the other day who recently found our work and wanted more information. After referring him to the web site, he asked me a question that set me back a little. He asked what we were selling. He meant it in a genuine way because he wanted to know how he could support us. Still it was a question that I did not have an answer for. After a moment of silence I experienced one of those great times when the words slipped out of my mouth unhampered by my brain. I said we are selling empowerment.
The Group's message has always been about empowerment. They say it's time for us to carry our own power. Part of that power includes developing our communication with Spirit. I call it channeling. The Group really does not care for that word because they say it implies a mysticism that is not necessary. To them it is a natural means of communication that has been here since the very beginning. Whether it is called intuition, inspiration, creativity, the Universal subconscious mind, or just being in the flow, it can be brought in through earning it in previous incarnations, or it can be developed in this one. Unlike many other channels, I had to learn how to do it. My story is simple. I put my foot in my mouth one day by saying that I wanted to do a meditation each month on the Internet. Those of you that read the early Beacons of Light knew that they were a bit rough around the edges. As you could easily guess, it wasn't the Group that was rough… it was my channeling abilities. I share with people that I now can do this easily and with great joy, partly because I put myself in a situation of doing it all the time. I don't feel that I came in with this ability. I think part of my contract was to learn how to do it so that I could help others learn.
Each seminar we do includes different exercises in Spirit communication. It's not that we can teach anyone how to communicate with Spirit. All we can do is to help you to understand what you are already getting. The other thing we offer is a chance to do it. How often do you switch off the television and say to your spouse; "honey let's talk to our guides tonight instead of TV."
What is offered here is information from the Group on the art of Spirit communication. When this flow of information came through me it changed my life. I could not have imagined all the wonderful things that were waiting for me. Most of all I am in my passion. I hope you find this information as empowering as I have.

Greetings from Home.
These times together have brought us much joy. By allowing us to be a part of your experience you have brought us some of the most wonderful times and deep feelings of love. We look forward to these connections with you more than you can know. This time for us is a centering of our own energy as we connect to a part of ourselves that is you. The love we hold for you for the work you do is greater than your imagination would allow you to perceive. For this we are truly grateful to each and every one of you. In these times you open the connection to us and allow us to re-mind you of the connection to Home and the vibrations we share.
We wish to speak to you of the process that stifles many of you as you walk forward. Your experience in human form is now changing far more than ever before. There are times in your experience that you feel stuck in your daily routine unable to advance even though your heart is far ahead of your biology. You are finding that many of the truths you once relied upon to define your world are no longer valid. This causes confusion in many areas and oftentimes places unnecessary stress in your lives. This is a time on the Gameboard when you have a much fuller contact with your own higher self and your true power. Your humanness would have you think that you will see and understand all of these new powers before you begin to fully use them. It is time to move past the restrictions that hold you so firmly in place. The opportunities are now upon you to move more fully into your own empowerment. In our time together this session, we will speak of specific items that will help you increase your communication with the larger part of yourself that you know to be your Higher Self.
Humanity as a whole has been raising their vibrational state steadily for some time. Being a gradual, steady increase, the advancement was not noticed except in hindsight. It was easy to incorporate into daily life and became a normal part of the Game. Now, humanity is awakening and raising the collective vibration of the Gameboard at an astounding rate. This can not help but be noticed by everyone who has their eyes open. The vibrational advancement you are now experiencing is comparable to the advances you see in your own technology. The technological advances you see on the Gameboard are in fact a direct reflection of the vibrational evolution that is now in motion. Even though some of this technology was introduced to the Gameboard long ago, the vibrations would not support it and therefore it did not function. Now, your vibration as spiritual beings is high enough to support the technology and this is what you are seeing. The technological advances on the Gameboard are tools that you have earned to help you move comfortably into the higher vibrations to which you are ascending. Blend your intent to use this technology for its highest and best use and you will easily harness your own power in this alternate form.
As we first began this flow of information, the Keeper asked how long we would be available to him. We responded that we would always be here ready to offer information, guidance and love. We also told him that there would come a time when humanity would advance to a state where you would no longer seek us out. The reason is that there will come a time when you will have a more direct connection to source. As you advance further into the higher vibrations you will develop open communication with your own higher selves. This is the direct connection to the central energy that you have not been able to carry while in biology. You are now moving rapidly into a state that will enable more of this communication. At first this will appear as increased connection to source. You will see it as increased inspiration, creativity and the word Keeper loves to use: "channeling." As this develops it will become more natural for you and will lose much of the mystique that surrounds it at this time. Each one will develop more open communication that will culminate with a full connection to your own Higher Selves. The open connection will not be limited to yourselves, as in reality you are not separate from each other. This unity will be evident by the fact that you will be readily able to tap into the thoughts of each other through each other's higher selves. After a period of humorous adjustment, you will find this to be a great strength. When each one can see clearly the real motivations behind actions, there will be true understanding and compassion. This will leave no room for deception. Also misdirections of energy such as war will no longer be possible. The energy you are now walking into will bring possibilities you can not yet imagine. You are at the juncture of bringing Home to your side of the veil. We are so very honored to be here with you as you take this next step.
Now look to your own connection to spirit. To hold your own power while still in biology, it is necessary to strengthen the connection to your own Higher Self. Your Higher Self is with you always and has never left your side. Your own spirit, or Higher Self, spans many dimensions simultaneously. In your terms it would appear that the Higher Self is simply much too large to fit within the bubble of biology that you call your body. Look to the ground and see the tiny ant that walks about aimlessly in a search for food. The physical size and attributes of the ant determines that it is not capable of seeing the larger picture. Because of the physical size it often looks at a small stone in the path and perceives it as an insurmountable mountain. Imagine now that you are the ant's higher self. From the perspective of the ant you are so large that it can not even see you. To the ant you are everywhere and everything. You watch the ant as it moves toward the crumb of food, just over the stone on the path. In an effort to help that part of yourself you may even shout to the ant "TURN RIGHT!" Of course, the ant can not hear your words and continues in the wrong direction. From our perspective this is a similar story to your own connection to your Higher Selves. Since you do not fit within the bubble of biology you have agreed to leave the large portion of yourselves in another location during the Game. Otherwise the Game would be much too easy.
Learning to communicate with Spirit, or your own Higher Self, is the next step for humans in their trek toward ascension. Much like the ant in the illustration, be aware that your Higher Self is all around you and is so big in size that it is not possible to even perceive it. What humans do not perceive, they often can not believe. Extending this belief system is the first step to communication to your own Higher Self. For many on the Gameboard this will not be possible. This may seem to be the easiest part of these steps, yet there are many who can not release the old ideals that keep them from seeing themselves as the masters they are. Familiarity is dangerously comfortable in these situations. Stay open to new possibilities and remain teachable. The moment a teacher stops reaching for new things to learn is the moment they stop being a teacher.
To receive the information that is offered, it is most often necessary that you release the judgments that keep you from hearing. One of the greatest of these is looking foolish. We ask you instead to get comfortable with looking foolish. It is these times when we see you hold much of your true power. Being vulnerable is when you have your greatest strength. Understand that the ones who move quickly are usually the ones who are good at looking foolish.
Let us remind you also that you are much more powerful than you can see. Therefore if you bring fears into this arena you may easily create them. Fear not, for you are in full control at all times. Much the way we ask you to not give your power to another, we also ask you to not give it away to Spirit. Understand that you are Spirit, and your greatest expression of that is to keep your truth within you at all times through discernment. Listen to the messages that come through and then apply what is in your own heart. It is not appropriate to give your power away to messages just because they came from the other side. We ask you to apply discernment to all that enters your field including the information from us. If it does not feed or empower you, if it leaves you with fear then leave it without judgment, for that message was not meant for you.
It is important to understand that all of you came in with special abilities. To apply the same rules to all of you about Spirit communication would severely limit your abilities. You would not judge a painter as less than the musician. Likewise, you would not judge the healer as less than the writer. Nor would you assess the teacher to be less than the actor. We tell you that all of these, and more, are ways to express the information and gifts from Spirit. All creativity is from the singular source. One person tapping into that source will produce different results than another. Do not limit yourself to one form of Spirit communication. Most of you can develop many avenues to express this energy simultaneously. Allow it to come through in the most effective means for you.
Many in this gathering use your device of the Internet regularly. See this connection to your Higher Self as you would one of your computers. As the technology advances and faster connections to the Internet become available, you quickly install the newest and fastest modem in your computer. This is similar to the way you can increase the connection to your own Higher Self. With technology you replace the part with a new faster part. In Biology, you flex the muscle and strengthen it, thereby making it stronger. To strengthen the connection to your Higher Selves both of these attributes will be employed. You are in the process of changing a critical part of the biology known to you as DNA. This is in progress now and is set into motion through intent. Ask from the heart, and you will receive it. This new template allows you to walk in full unison with your Higher Self in every moment. Even after the new part is installed, it will need to be programmed. This programming will be in the area of establishing the synaptic pathways needed for full use of the new equipment. The re-connection of the DNA by itself only provides the opportunity for higher communication. It is still necessary to connect the wires to the new equipment. There are many ways to establish new synaptic pathways in the higher vibrations of the New Earth. Many more modalities will be presenting themselves to fully connect the new hardware now on the Gameboard.
Physical movements that strengthen these pathways are quite simple, yet very effective. In a physical state of polarity one side of your being dominates the other. Most on the Gameboard are right handed. In each set of limbs and dual organs there is a dominance established as a reflection of polarity. Simple physical exercises that strengthen the non-dominant side will open the new pathways between the two sides of your brain. This has the effect of fully connecting the new DNA. A simple but effective exercise would be to begin the day by brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand. As you walk, you begin each step with your dominant leg. Purposely place the other foot as your first step in any direction. Simple exercises that you have termed "tongue twisters" are excellent ways to establish the synaptic pathways needed for carrying your full connection to Higher Self. Purposely stretch your daily routines to include something different. Find a new way to drive to work or school. Take the pen and ask a question in writing. Then hand the pen to your non-dominant hand and allow the answer to find its way onto the paper. Walk backward in a circle, and then walk backward in the opposite direction around that same circle. Spinning in a circle helps create balance, but should not be overdone. Many modalities that incorporate this truth already exist on the Gameboard such as the movements of Tai Chi and similar modalities. The reason your drumming circles have been so popular is because they combine these same dexterity exercises with vibrational healing. These are exercises that effectively connect the Spiritual to the Physical. These simple tools will pave the way for increased spirit communication and full connection to your own Higher Self.
As with all things it is now important to use this new connection. Spirit communication happens most effectively when you put yourself in the flow of energy that allows the information to come through. The way we have explained this process prior, is to equate it to a large balloon. Each person has one of these. They have openings on two sides. One side is for Spirit to blow in the information into your balloon. It feels wonderful to have your balloon filled with the energy from Home and you encourage Spirit to do this often. At some time Spirit stops blowing into your balloon. You may feel cut off or disconnected to source. You often feel disoriented when this happens. The reason Spirit had to stop blowing into it is because the balloon can only hold so much energy. If it were to keep filling without relieving any pressure, it will surely pop. The other end of the balloon is yours and it is your responsibility to open and ground the energy in the third dimension. You do this by using the energy in some way. Painting the picture, writing the book, playing the music, or simply applying the information from Spirit in your daily life, all serves to ground the energy. To receive valuable information and not put it to use has the same effect as keeping your balloon tied up. Unless you open your end of the balloon and encourage the flow of energy, Spirit will have no choice but to stop putting energy into your balloon. Everyone receives the same flow of creative energy. You in biology are the only ones who are able to ground this valuable information into your dimension and to your experience. This is your higher purpose. We tell you that everything we give you is only information. It is up to you to find ways to use this information in your daily lives.
Much like the muscle of your biology, as you use it more it becomes stronger. As you become accustomed to flowing this energy through your lives and living with it every day, you will find the information getting stronger and more specific. For those of you asking for a dialogue with Spirit, this is possible through practice. Find places and people that encourage this flow. Express your creativity and healing energy in as many areas as you can find. If the information comes through you as a voice, find an audience to speak it to. If the information comes through you as music, find others to play it for. If the energy comes through as healing energy, find those seeking healing and place your hands upon them.
Allow the human side of you to have the validation it needs. The Ego will remain for some time as you make the shift into Higher dimensions. Re-member that it too needs to be fed and cared for. To accomplish this it is helpful to ask Spirit for validation. Ask from the heart, and you will receive. We love to watch this part of your Game for it provides us with such wonderful humor. So often you ask for Spirit to give you a sign and then you figure out a way to explain it away. Keep in mind that you are asking for validation of something that you do not understand. Therefore, to you, it appears mystical. Enjoy the mysticism as part of the Game if you like, but understand that it is caused by a simple lack of knowledge. Think for a moment of the first humans who stumbled across a magnet. From our perspective, magnetism is a simple act of absorption. To early humans, this was mysterious and magical. One leader of the early family even pronounced magnetism as something to be feared, telling all to stay away from it. It is your wonderful humanness that is so endears you to us. On the Gameboard you have been taught to believe in only what you can see, hear, feel, touch or taste. Now you are beginning to stretch your awareness far beyond those limitations. Watch for the synchronicities and the cosmic winks. These will be your signs. There are those of you who ask for irrefutable proof and here is one area where the Game gets very humorous to us. If you were to walk out your front door on your way to work and look to the sky to see a message from God directly to you, your Ego would find a way to disprove what you had seen. After seeing it, you would have thought you dreamt it, or you might have thought it was a joke or even thought it was meant for someone else with the same name as you. If the ego was not able to rationalize the experience, it might simply be erased from your memory. It is so wonderful for us to see the veils being so completely effective. What a Grand Game you have devised!
Re-membering spiritual family and being in contact with those of like vibration is one way in which you can most easily advance. Re-claiming your power means re-membering who you really are. Re-membering is most easily accomplished by looking at yourself through the eyes of your original spiritual family. These are the ones with whom you began the Game. Using the score keeping system of Karma made it necessary for people to incarnate together at the same time and physical location. Over periods of time you may have cleared your Karma with this family and moved on to experience another. This blending emulates the natural flow of Universal energy and was very important to the overall effectiveness of the Game. Now that it is time to re-claim your power and hold it within the bubbles of biology, the easiest way to do that is to come back in contact with these special beings that were your original spiritual family. By seeing yourself through their eyes it helps you to re-member who you really are and re-claim the power that is your birthright. Reach for these special people. You will find them entering your field in many ways. Make room for them to find you and reach out to them as well. Much like the ants of which we spoke, you can gain strength through your connection to each other. At this time, above all else, this is the most effective way to raise your own vibrations. Do not think that it is necessary to live with these beings on a daily basis. Often this pull to re-connect is taken as a call to live in seclusion with a highly advanced family of similar vibration. We tell you that this would effectively cut off your connections to the whole. Humanity is at a stage where it is necessary to shine Light in many areas. To limit the locations that this Light can shine, is not in the highest interest. Seek contact with those of like vibration and allow these contacts to find their own level. Your humanness would tell you that if a little is good, then a lot is better. We tell you this is not true and even momentary contact with original spiritual family will accomplish the jump-start your Spirit is seeking.
Communication with Spirit is always possible, yet without the action it will never happen. It greatly amuses us to hear you say that you wish you could have a dialogue with Spirit. How often do you sit and intend such a dialogue? Even when you do how quickly do you get discouraged? Spirit sits on your shoulder every moment, whispering in your ear. That is your birthright, yet, even the times that you hear the voice, your ego tells you that it must be your imagination. We wish to tell you very clearly; yes it is your imagination, for that is the way we most often speak to you. The flow of energy you seek is the same flow that comes to the painter the moment she picks up the brush and dips it in the paint. It is the same flow of energy that runs through the fingers of the musician as they touch the keys of the piano. It is the same flow that often has you speaking words of deep truth as you carry on a conversation with another. Inside your head you may be asking where that information came from, only to hear the sound of our gentle laughter. It is the action of putting yourself in the situations where the energy can flow, that increase the flow of energy. How often do you devote time for Spirit to come through you? If you truly wish to increase the communication with Spirit, it will take practice. Much the way you would not expect a child to speak a language without making mistakes, we ask you to not judge yourself as you begin the process. Flex the muscle and watch it grow stronger. Find more places for the information to flow and it will magically increase.
The time is now upon you to take the step. Setting your intent will line up the energy needed to make the shift. Even so, it is yours alone to walk through the door. We can encourage you and hold your hand, but no one can connect the energy until you take the first step. Cement your intent of the co-creation by following it with action. In most instances the first step is all that is needed to start the energy flowing. Fear not to speak your truth in all situations because often that is the action needed to start the flow. Stand firm in the knowing of your own heart and give your power away to no one. Make room for the flow of energy from Spirit and it will be yours.
The steps you now choose are your own. The Game has shifted once again and now you are scripting the roles you play just prior to playing the part. These are exciting times for you and us as the roles you now play have meaning far beyond your understanding. Learning to walk every step in unison in connection with Spirit will make the creation of Heaven on Earth much easier.
You have shifted the outcome of the Grand Game to a very high possibility. Keep each other close and help each other to find the answers you seek. Re-member that you are all in the same game. As you reach out for your own connection to Spirit, do not forget to look into the eyes of the one sitting next to you. If you find at any time that you feel alone and lost, listen for the gentle loving laughter off in the distance. Follow it and you will find your own heart. We are with you at every step. You are never alone. Do not lose sight of who you really are, for you already carry the colors of our family. Wear them proudly and know we are always at your side - - - smiling.

When I finished this message, I had very little to put at the end and I felt like something was missing. Then as I was proofing it we got a phone call from a dear friend of ours, Morgan Kiilehua. Besides being a dear friend, Morgan is the area manager at our magazine web site PLANETLightworker.com, of a section called Metaphysics 101. The outcome of the phone call is that beginning in the year 2000, Lightworker will be providing a Certification Program for Spiritual Counseling and Communication. Relax- - - - - - - - and breathe.
Allow your thoughts to flow through your head without attachment. See the flow of energy as these thoughts begin to slow. The energy is now changing colors. Watch as everything in your field of vision begins to take on a green hue. With each breath the green hue begins to fade as your vision returns to normal. Now become aware that there is a red overtone entering your vision. All things seem to be affected by this "flavor" of color. Once again with each breath the colors begin to fade and return to normal sight. Now see the blue color overshadowing everything that you see. Getting comfortable with the scene around you as it all looks in blue, you purposely breath and watch it fade into normal sight again.
Wondering what the color experience was about, you ask your guides. There seems to be no answer to your request. There is only a strange silence. Looking around for the familiar evidence of your guides, there seems to be no connection. Looking around you suddenly notice that you are in different surroundings. This was not the place you were when you began this journey. You speak out loud; "where am I?" The only answer is a very distant, playful laughter.
Now off in the distance you see several others standing around, looking at something on the ground. You begin to walk over to them, and as you approach you hear that same gentle, loving laughter. The others see you coming and welcome you with a dear greeting from their hearts. Now you feel at ease, but you can not help but wonder where your guides are.
Everyone's attention is now returning to the place on the ground where they were looking so intently before you joined them. There on the ground is a very small area no larger than a coin that is glowing first green, then red, and finally blue. As you watch this spot on the ground changing colors you can somehow tap into a magnified vision. Now, for the first time, you can see that this spot on the ground is actually an entire world with beings living a life much like your own. In fact, upon closer examination you can see that it is your life. The others in the circle are watching very specific parts of the game that is being played on what they call the Gameboard. Each one in the circle is following a particular person on the Gameboard. In an instant you begin to understand what you are actually watching. You see the microscopic person that you are watching is the "you" that you have always known. You are seeing it from a very high perspective. Now you begin to understand that you are the Higher Self of the person you are watching below. See them as they turn this way or that. From your perspective, it would be so easy to tell them which way to turn. Now you see your game piece about to make a very big mistake and you open your mouth to warn them. As you speak, the others begin that gentle laughter again. "They can not hear you," is the response from the person next to you. She continues with the explanation: "They can only hear you if they ask, and even then it is very difficult for them to accept the answer." "Here watch this," she says as she waves her hand over the scene. You watch your player below on the Gameboard as they stop in their tracks and hear a voice from inside their own head. The voice says: "You are loved and we are with you always." As the player hears the voice inside their head they pause for a moment and look up directly at you as if they could see you. You become aware that you are simply too big for them to see. Then they shake their head and tell themselves it must be their imagination. They walk on, about their usual business.
You look to the person standing next to you with a puzzled look. She explains: "You are always in touch with that part of yourself on the Gameboard. The problem is, that behind the veil they do not re-member that we are even here. The properties of the veil hide their true connection to us. Even if we place direct words in their own language inside their own head, they often explain it away as coincidence."
Just then you see your own player about to turn away from their path. For that moment you forget yourself and shout out; "TURN RIGHT!" The others in the circle are laughing so hard now that tears are forming in their eyes. "We have all tried that, believe me!" says one in the circle. You feel yourself laughing along as the true humor of the situation now becomes evident. You ask the one next to you; "So how do we communicate with them?" She replies; "You must be patient and wait for them to connect to you. Even as they do, often it takes several attempts for they are not practiced at the art of listening. The connection that you have with them is so deep that is feels very much like a part of themselves, and they do not trust themselves enough to listen. Be patient. In each incarnation there is always a time when you can connect. If they choose to listen, then you may guide them effortlessly through the rest of the game. It is the Grand Game of Hide and Seek. The only rule is that the players have free choice in all matters." You ask her; "what if they don't re-member me?" She answers; "there have been times when entire phases of the game have been played with out re-membering. This time is different however. This time they are all awakening. It is an exciting time for them and for us. This time, they are winning the game." You look at her and smile. The gentle laughter is now heard again off in the distance as the color green once again enters your field of vision. Everything now has a hazy green to it and you become aware that you are returning back to the Gameboard. Once again the red and finally the blue haze and then it is clear and you feel you are back at the beginning.
Opening your eyes once again you are home and your guides are on your shoulder again. They are smiling. You look up into the sky and although you do not see any definable shapes, you look directly into the eyes of the one you know is watching your every move. Speaking out loud you say; "I know you are there - - - always. Thank you." With that you hear the gentle loving laughter off in the distance.
