of Light~ I sat down in the chair and looked around the room. I was a little disoriented but quickly regained my composure as I saw the familiar wooden tables and chairs. The place had a very warm, friendly feeling to it. Glancing to my right I can see the hallway leading down to the other rooms. I have only been in two of these rooms thus far, and was very curious about the others. When I formed the question I heard the answer: "All in due time, Keeper". I knew that voice to be the collective voice of the Group. Yes, I was home. I had been taken to my special place. I knew in an instant that I was here for answers to some very big questions. This special place looks like a tavern with many tables and chairs all made of wood and very ornate. This tavern is where they take me to show me things or illustrate something they want me to know. It's funny that I should know this place so well. Even in this lifetime when I used to drink, I never did it in bars or taverns. In fact, I don't think I have ever been to a tavern. This place is different somehow and I know it is right. Looking around I understand that there is never anyone else in this tavern other than the Group and I. Still, I have this awareness that others come to this same place when I'm not there. They never serve anything from the bar but somehow it's a kind of control center for the entire place.

Still, I have this awareness that others come to this same place when I'm not there. They never serve anything from the bar but somehow it's a kind of control center for the entire place.
There are many tables and chairs in this large front room, and over in the corner is a bar of sorts. A large burly gentleman with a deep wonderful laugh is standing behind the bar. His dark features almost blend him in entirely with his surroundings. As large as he is, one actually has to look for him to see him there. He is a member of the Group I have met many times before, yet his area of expertise has never been explained to me. As with all the members, he has specific duties and areas of responsibilities. I'm not sure how it works but somehow he holds the energy for the entire place during these little excursions of mine. He very quietly monitors the energy from his position behind the counter and even if I am led into another room, he stands firm at his post behind the counter. It's a rare occasion that he would ever speak to me directly. Most of his duties I do not yet understand, so the time for our interaction will be in the future as I advance. There is one time when I can see him clearly at work. If the energy around the Group and I reach uncomfortable levels, then he bolts into action. His beautiful dark eyes flash with light and thunderous laughter fills the room as he quickly balances the energy. If we ever get too serious he is the one that tickles our funny bone and re-minds us that it's only a game. In that instant his laughter rings of truth and proper perspective returns as the energy is reset to a comfortable level. This gentle-man is highly revered for his work. He is a master of perspective and the holder of the energy.
The Group makes themselves known through many forms yet the entire group has never sat in front of me at one time. They were always just over my shoulder yet two or three of them were always in front of me to make their presence known. This time it is the Librarian that is holding out a hand for me. This wonderful presence most often presents herself to me as a female. They have told me that there is no polarity on their side of the veil and they do this because I can easily accept it. This grand wizardress is nothing like a mundane demure librarian we often expect. She has a flair for the spectacular and is a very flamboyant personality. She is the grand Historian and is the one who often leads me when there is a lesson in store for me. She reminds me very much of Merlia herself as I note the family resemblance. With a smile I take her hand and follow her to the first room off the hallway.
I have been in this room before and as I walk through the entry I see the overstuffed chair where I sat the last time I was here for an "excursion". Sitting in the chair the other members of the Group file in the room and take their places with a charge of excitement in the air. It seems they have been waiting for some time to plant these seeds. The last to enter the room is the elderly gentleman with the white beard. It seems he has been waiting for a very long time to carry out the simple yet important deed that he is about to perform. The Grand Wizard of Time raises his hand ever so delicately with one finger pointed upward. All in the room fall into abrupt silence. This is a beloved gesture I have seen many times before. Slowly he lowers his hand in a rhythmical, sweeping motion. There is a reverence in the room. With that action he has indicated that the time is now right for important seeds to be released into the collective consciousness of planet Earth. I instinctively know I'm in for the ride of my life.
A beam of pure crystal light enters the room and floods my field of vision. Everything in my consciousness melts into the light as I feel it enter my very soul. In this moment I am home. I breathe in the light and allow it to assimilate into my being. My vision is returning now and I look around the room to see if the Group is still with me. Before I can even form the thought in my head an answer comes in the form of wonderful laughter. "You can not lose us that easily. We have brought you here to see a very important part of Universal truth." Without another word I was shown one scene after another in rapid succession. I felt like Ebenezer Scrooge with the spirit of Christmas future as I observed the many scenes they began to show me.
Often when they take me to these places it is for the purpose of planting seeds. Most of the time I don't return with the direct knowledge of everything that they showed me. They say that this would be too much of a stretch for me to bring back all of that information at one time. I always re-member one or two of the particular events they showed me and I always return with the feelings of the experience. On this outing I was feeling a deep love. There is no other way to talk about it other than that word Love. My rational mind is always going and I re-member thinking to myself that all I have to do is re-member how simple it all is. I even re-member laughing at how we humans always have to complicate everything we touch. If only we could see how simple it is we would just allow it to unfold naturally.
What they were showing me in every scene was a thread that connected all things. This was what they called the base energy of Love. It was as if every person and thing on the planet had an invisible thread that ties each one to the other. This thread is one of pure energy and not visible to the three-dimensional eyes of humans. The thread carried energy and it was this energy that connects all things on the planet to each other. Energy travels through this conduit and balances everything on the planet. The energy flowed evenly often using parts of the Earth such as rocks and trees as collectors. Like huge capacitors they help balance everything by storing the energy until it is needed elsewhere. Then at just the right time these storage vessels use these threads to send energy where it was most needed.
With us humans it was not that simple because we love to complicate things. This was no exception and it was shown to me that in many instances we use these connections as means of manipulating each other. Like marionettes we pull each other's strings so often that we forget their intended use as pathways for balancing energy. The Group has spoken before about us being spirits playing this game in bubbles of energy we call biology. So often we see that these strings intertwine each other's bubbles. It becomes natural for us to think that we can make our lives better if we can only get this person to do this or to do that. In relationships we often look at what we think a person can become rather than to simply see what they are.
If we attempt to direct this energy and manipulate it, this is seen by the Universe as a statement of lack and acted on accordingly. What we are doing is using these connections as strings of manipulation instead of using them as a conduit of energy.
The Group then showed me scenes where people used these connections to their highest use. I was really glad to see this because I was beginning to wonder if humanity could function as well as a rock. What they showed me was places where this energy was allowed to flow freely without manipulation. These were areas of what we call Love. Our expression of the Love energy was the one thing that allowed the energy to balance in the Universe around us. Instead of using these strings to pull and push they were used to feed energy. What they showed me was my own relationship with my wife Barbara. During our 28 years together there have been many times when I have pulled or pushed those threads to try to get what I wanted. They clearly showed me that when I used these connections to unconditionally feed her energy that I was the one that most often benefited. What really happened was that as I sent the unconditional love energy through these threads it gave me energy as a by-product. With each pulse of energy I gave with no attachments, I received back many times over. What I really had here was a wonderful mirror I had attracted into my life to give me the opportunity to balance energy.
I heard a Laugh building in the other room from behind the counter and I knew the energy had shifted. The Librarian smiled at me and began to answer a question that I had not yet asked. "We have spoken of the necessity for all to center their energy on themselves. This is not in contrast, rather, it is this sending of unconditional love to others that serves you best. Give freely of this energy without the strings of attachment to the outcome and the rewards will be great indeed. It is the sending of this energy that strengthens your own connections to all that is. Find the power of all things connected to you and you will re-member the greatest power of all." I was beginning to get it.
In this moment of recognition the Group hugged me as they often do and as I felt their love for me I knew the truth. In that moment I knew that I did not have to do anything. Just being was enough for them. In that moment I was perfect and balanced.

The collective vibration of this family grows stronger every day. Each one adding their own vibration to the whole makes more energy to all. This is a family of light and we are deeply honored to offer this information for your individual discernment. We are here because you have expressed intent to move forward into your next stage of evolution. Each one of you is taking steps into the light that make it easier for others to follow. We tell you that you are loved more than it is possible for you to know. Therefore we ask you to release the need to know and allow these feelings to be your guide. It is our greatest privilege to be at your side during this journey.
We come to you at a time in your evolution with information about the mechanics of the base energy you call Love. Understanding the flow of energy will lead you to all truths. Energy is all that is. Everything before you is a form of energy. Energy is constantly seeking balance. Energy always seeks the path of least resistance. Energy may transform into other forms of energy but always remains as energy. If you envision yourself as energy and you are able to observe the natural flow around you, it is a simple matter to place yourself in the flow of energy seeking balance to take you in any direction you choose. Such is the basis of your true power. All is possible by simply allowing the flow of energy.
All energy within the Universe is traceable to a singular base energy. This base is the precursor of all other forms of energy. This is the energy of love. Your songs and poems speak the phrase that "Love is all there is". We tell you that there is a scientific basis for this statement. All forms of energy emanate from this one source. Your scientists will discover this in the near future. You are becoming aware now that you have great interaction with all things on an energy level. You can change your physical world with your thoughts. This has been the basis of the monthly meditations. It has been recently uncovered that the outcome of experiments is greatly affected by your expectations. Just the fact that one is conducting an experiment contains enough energy to sway the subtle field one direction or another. This important discovery together with the realization that even chaos has order will bring you to an understanding that there is one base energy connecting all things. This energy is what you have called Love. This energy is present in all things before you and connects all things to one another.
On the gameboard it was necessary to place all representation into a field of polarity. In its pure form the Love energy does not have polarity. Because the gameboard is in polarity, all things seeking expression on the gameboard must do so in a form of polarity. In looking at the whole through the eyes tainted with polarity it appears that there are two opposites. This is often misunderstood because you do not see the truth of these seemingly opposing energies. We tell you that the opposite of the Love energy is that of Fear. We have previously described the cause of Fear as being a lack of information. Therefore we ask you to see the presence of the Love energy as being an abundance of information. From this illustration it can be seen that knowledge empowers. It is our purpose to offer you insights for your own empowerment through this knowledge.
The Love energy that connects all things travels along a predefined path. In this illustration we have presented it to the Keeper as that of energy strands or strings. These are actually more like hollow strings or tubes that connect one thing to another. These tubes are really conduits that carry the base energy. The tube can be filled with the base energy and flow naturally from one thing to the next. This natural flow strengthens everything that it touches. This was the original design of these flexible energy tubes. To send this base energy to all things through these energy strands enabled the connection to the whole.
As spiritual beings masquerading within bubbles of biology you constantly searched to re-member your powers of creation and looked for ways to manipulate your surroundings. After all, the name of the Game was to create Home on your side of the veil. Since you were not able to re-member your true powers you looked for ways to emulate them. In your efforts to find ways to manipulate and create your surroundings you became very imaginative in your use of resources. One thing that you quickly discovered was that there was another use of these conduits. Even though they were not designed for this action it was entirely possible to pull and push on these strands having an effect of manipulation at the other end. In a crude way, you found power in this manipulation and it soon became a way of life. You soon found that not all things were affected the same and that a density match was necessary for the action to take place. It was not as easy for you to pull the strands of a boulder as it was for you to pull the strings of your mate. The reaction was simply not the same.
Throughout the history of the gameboard, this form of power over one another was exercised. Pulling the energy strings of another became an accepted way to create what you desired in your world. It was not until you raised your vibration significantly that you even re-membered that there was another use of these strings. When this advancement began, the collective of what you would call the heart chakra of mother Earth began to open. With this opening came a return to purposefully using these strings as carriers of the base energy of Love.
All advancements on the Gameboard have been accomplished through the gradual swinging motion of a pendulum. With each swing the fulcrum, or pivotal point, advances slightly never to return to its original position. This is what you have called evolution. There were several times in your history when you made these shifts toward awakening this part of yourselves. We will tell you that the last of the pendulum swings came in what you would call the renaissance period of your history. During this time there was a massive awakening of the collective heart of the planet. What you call magic was alive and well and people discovered more of their power through this heart connection. The great discovery on the Gameboard was that this Love energy held the keys to your personal power. This is also the reason today there is such a draw to events and stories of this time. These are reminders of your awakening process. This draw releases the cellular memories of these times of power and you find yourself reliving the past. Such is the story of the Keeper of the Sword. He has once again found himself playing a role to facilitate others to the next level of actualizing their power. This was a similar role he played during the last awakening shift of the planet. The pull you feel as a result of the memories is one of the collective heart of planet Earth, and will quickly lead to your inner truth. These are the crystals you have placed on your own path to mark your way.
It is the choices you have made to take back your power very recently that moves the fulcrum of the pendulum even further. With your choices to step into your next stage of evolution and into Plan B, you have opened the door for the connection of the heart to provide you with all of your powers. Re-claiming your true power also includes re-membering the mechanics of how the energy works. It is for this reason that we speak of the energy strands and their uses. You have been using them in a manner that has seemingly produced the desired results. We tell you that you are now in a higher vibration of planet Earth and to continue the use of the strands in this manner will no longer produce the desired results.
The use of these strands as carriers of energy requires your intentional participation and practice. The energy must be purposely directed through these strands on the gameboard of free choice. It is only possible to do this by directing unconditional love to your intended target. Sending love unconditionally means using these strands as carriers and not as strings of manipulation. This may at first sound simple, yet we tell you that few on the Gameboard exercise unconditional love. It is not a concept that comes easy to those viewing life through eyes tainted with polarity. We ask you to therefore be patient with yourselves and judge yourselves not for falling short of a concept that is just slightly beyond your reach. As the polarity is gradually removed from your vision this process will be understood more clearly. At this moment on the Gameboard, full unconditional love is not fully supported. That does not mean that you can not begin to prepare for the next level by using this practice now. Look to the plant and animal kingdoms for this example. They have agreed to hold these energies for you until such time that you re-member this power. Until such time that it is once again fully supported, all attempts at expressing unconditional love pull the pivotal point of humanity to higher vibrational levels.
An example of this attempt would be the relationships you now enjoy on the Gameboard. From an energy standpoint these are seen as a combination of using the strands as carriers and also as strands that you pull. This is a blend of unconditional and conditional love. These relationships are characterized by the need for boundaries and are a direct result of living in polarity. You vow your love to another with the condition that they love you back. We point to these things with no judgment. The way you have designed your gameboard has served you well during the game thus far. We are likewise not suggesting that you release all conditions of your relationships. What we are telling you is that you are moving closer to spirit with your advancement. The veil is thinning and polarity is gradually being reduced. Progressing through these times you will find that more opportunities will open to express the pure base energy of Love. Watch for them and take advantage of them for it is not an energy you are accustomed to expressing.
With each vibrational shift you experience you will find yourself more sensitive to the energy of others. You may easily find yourself very sensitive to others pulling. What used to be tolerable is no longer. It is important to be true to your own feelings in assessing these situations and in setting out to shift these relationships to a higher level. It is not appropriate to tolerate inappropriate pulling at these strands. You all share these strands and they run equally through all things. Learn to respect that you have an impact on others within your field at all times and show them only your honest feelings. Begin recognizing and consciously removing judgment from your vision and your ideas. Making life choices without judgment is the art of discernment.
Look around at those in your field. Many that you call friends are often a combination of sending energy into the strand and pulling on the strand. Practice sending pure energy with no attachments or conditions and see the dramatic changes within your own energy field. See the dramatic change as people become magically attracted to your energy because you are no longer manipulating their strands. Looking behind for clear vision, you can see that the friends who have been with you a very long time are the ones of which you have very little expectation. These are the ones that you gladly send energy to and are mindful not to pull at their strings. Loving these people for who they are and not what you wish them to be, opens your own energy and takes that relationship to a higher vibrational level. If the conditions of your life are not everything you desire, then examine the way you may be pulling at these energy strands. Fearlessly examine your motives and see if you are sending energy through the strands or if you are pulling at the strands to get results. This is the energy of moving from a state of doing to a state of being. Are you attempting to do something or are you in a state of allowing yourself to simply be?
Many have found difficulty with relationships in these areas. We remind you of what we have already given on relationships. All relationships are a reflection of your central relationship. There is really only one relationship and all others are a reflection of that one. There is only a core relationship of you with you. This could also be viewed as you and Spirit. Get that relationship right and all others will easily fall into place. All relationships with other people only mirror the central relationship within you. We also re-mind you that likewise, all judgments of others originate from judgments you have about yourself. We therefore ask you to begin giving yourself pure Love energy. Start first with releasing the judgments about yourself that keep you from loving yourself unconditionally. Set the energy first by forgiving yourself. You will then find it much easier to forgive other people in your lives that pull your energy strands.
If you are not happy with the relationships you have in your life, the easy way to change these is to begin using these conduits more often as they were originally designed. Intentionally send pure, base Love energy through these strands with no attachment to the outcome. This will bring you results you have not yet imagined. Sending Love energy in this form is emulating the Universal conditions that you are moving into with your evolutionary advancement. Learn to play well together without the need to pull on the energy strands of another person. Stand firmly in your own energy and it will increase the moment you step forward. Replace the need to pull with sending the love through the conduit. The difference it will make in your energy will quickly show in your environment. You will be practicing the art of living in Heaven on Earth.
We are deeply pleased to be here at this anniversary of our messages to humanity. We honor your game more than you know. We also honor your willingness to change the game and move it to the next level. This willingness to change is opening doors in the Universe that will not be fully seen for eons to come. It is with our greatest honor and pure love energy that we ask you to accept the love we offer you and treat each other with respect, nurture one another and to play well together- - - - - - - - The Group
I found myself once again in the front room of the Tavern. The big burly gentle-man with the dark eyes behind the counter was smiling and beaming light to me. This was a time he did not even need to laugh. He had moved from a state of doing to a state of being and I instinctively knew that it was the changes within myself that made this possible.
During my time in the Tavern I was shown many ways we can use the pure Universal Love energy. It interacted with the things I was shown earlier about how simple and perfect all of this was. The Group had now all gathered in the front room of the Tavern to say goodbye. We all shared a Group hug and off I went out the front door. In that instant I had a flash and I knew that they were not going to let me return with all of this knowledge intact. In the middle of the street in front of the tavern I abruptly turned and before I could say anything they had an answer for me. They said "Take this with you and keep it always. The way to keep what we have given you is to ground the energy by sharing it freely with others." My motivations are simple. I wish to keep what they have given me and therefore offer it freely to all. They gave me the words eloquently scribed on parchment paper wrapped around an ancient scroll. The words said simply: "Re-member that Love is the base of your power".
I gave them a meaningful nod, for words were not possible for me at that moment. I tucked the scroll under my arm and continued my journey across the street to return home. Even as I found myself waking from a nap in the chair in my office, I could still hear that wonderful sound of distant laughter. I love that laughter.

Keeper of the Sword
Get comfortable and breathe in through your nose and out your mouth. With each inhale feel the energy entering the top of your head. With each exhale feel the tension leaving your being. The energy moves easily and effortlessly into all the areas of your body. Take a moment and place your finger over your right nostril and breathe several times through the left side of your nose and out your mouth. Feel the connection to your higher self as you open these passageways. When you feel comfortable remove your finger from your right nostril and allow the energy to balance naturally on both sides of your brain.
Now is a time just for you. Center your energy and release the events of the day as you ask your guides and angels to join you on our journey. Feel them behind you, just over your shoulder. They are sending you energy to settle you into a comfortable place for the journey ahead. They are extending their hands to you now in an invitation for you to join them. When you are ready take their hands and follow them as they lead you into your special place. They have taken you here many times before for journeys, lessons and sometimes just for refreshment. See the surroundings of this very special place. Allow yourself to simply be here now. Allow the energy of this place to assimilate into your being. If there is anything you wish to release, ask your guidance to help you to release it at this time.
When you are ready for the journey, follow your guides as they lead you out of this place to a familiar meadow at the base of a mountain. As you walk up the last hill you begin to get a full view of the meadow. A rush of excitement flows through and over your body as memories of this meadow come flooding back into your consciousness. This was where it all began so long ago. Upon seeing this place again you suddenly re-member the family that was here at the beginning. Just at the moment these pictures come into your head, you step over the last boulder to see them all sitting in a circle at the base of the meadow. Tears fill your eyes as you re-member the love you felt with this gathering of souls. Your heart pounds as you rush toward the circle to see that the circle is open at one side. They are motioning for you to come as they have been waiting for you. The circle was open because they were waiting for you to return.
Sitting in the circle you take the hands of the two people sitting on either side of you. The moment you grasp their hands you feel the connection and the energy begins to flow. It is flowing in a circular motion from left to right around the circle.
This is a feeling that fills your very being. You are home and it feels wonderful!
In that moment someone stands to speak at the center of the circle. You can see their mouth moving and you can hear the sounds coming from their mouth yet you can not seem to comprehend the words. You quickly understand that it makes no difference because you got the message. It's a game to play and it's about to start!
You all stand in unison and begin to move in all directions. Beginning to move, you notice that there are tubes much like a clear plastic tube connected to all the people. This tube runs from one to the next. You can see the tube is carrying the pure love energy as it runs freely from one to the other. Moving around in this fashion you would expect all the tubes to get tangled and crossed. Funny how this is happening for even though everyone is running around in chaos, none of the connecting tubes are getting tangled. They magically seem to know where each one is going and they make the adjustments before you get there. The idea of this crazy game is to try and tangle all the tubes.
At that very moment the person who announced the start of the game yells something that you did not understand and in that moment everyone stops in his tracks.
You gaze around and take a quick inventory as to who is there. Some of these faces are very familiar yet you can't seem to re-member exactly who they are. Even without identification you can feel the love from these people. Basking in this wonderful energy of love you begin to notice that it is getting stronger every moment. Looking down at the tubes you can see that they are carrying so much energy now that they have turned a bright diamond crystal color. The tubes are glowing now. In this instant you are beginning to re-member this game from a long time ago. The idea is to push the energy through the tube to build it each time it passes to the next person. What a wonderful game! Now you re-member doing this! The idea is to add to the energy so that each time you pass it to the next person you send slightly more than you receive. The interesting part of the game is the more you give the more you instantly receive from the other direction. Now you re-member even more about the energy. If you want more energy to come through your tube then offer more energy. The funny part is that what you receive is not in direct proportion to what you give. What returns is much more than what you sent! What a wonderful game this is!!!!
A person very close to you speaks to the group. This time you understand him very easily. He says: "Hey, let's play the way we did on the gameboard!" Just then he takes one of his tubes and gives it a hard yank. The person attached to that tube gets jolted and laughs, pulling the tube of the person on his other side. One to the next, everyone begins yanking each other's tubes and causing them to fall and stumble. Laughter is everywhere as everyone soon falls prey to the playful spirit and gets into the act. Some are taking it to the extreme and even whipping others around by pulling on the tube. There is good-natured laughter everywhere as you realize how difficult it is to function when you play the game in this manner. Soon everyone is on the ground laughing hysterically at how silly it was to play the game in that fashion. One person says "Boy when we play that way we are lucky to have sent any energy at all." You nod in agreement.
Everything begins to settle down now and one more time you all begin to offer Love energy through your tubes. Now it seems that the tubes were even stretched to new dimensions somehow as they carry more energy than before. Offering the unconditional Love energy makes your own energy increase dramatically and when it is accepted and transferred to the next person in line, it gets even stronger.
Now the group begins breaking up as your guides come to return you home. They ask, "What did you do with the family?" Like a child frantically attempting to explain summer camp in one sentence you blurt out, "We played a silly game where we pulled at each other's energy tubes." Your guides look at you very puzzled. "You pulled at each other's energy tubes? Why would you manipulate each other in that fashion?" As you stumbled for an answer that would make sense, a wonderful loving laughter is heard off in the distance.
