Harvard business school teaches the mechanics of good business and corporate management. They also address the fact that the reason one is usually effective in business often comes down to something they call "Gut Instinct." They do not teach "Gut Instinct" courses at Harvard. Stretching our belief systems with new concepts is what helps us develop our Gut Instincts. That is what I do.

Our corporate seminars began when we were approached by progressive business owners who had taken our regular seminars and saw the practical applications for daily life. They saw how the material presented could benefit their employees and therefore their businesses. In an effort to share this information in a business setting we re-packed some of the material for business presentations. The Group says that the same principals t hat lead to ascension also show up in the bottom line of businesses and organizations. I do not profess to be a business expert. The information I present is a higher perspective view that helps people to move into their own empowerment.

In the business setting we speak a language directly suited to our audience. We do not use the word Spirit or God. Rather, we refer to the Universe. IE: Co-creating together with Spirit becomes Co-creating with the Universe and the art of being in the flow. I do claim the fact that I am a channel and speak very briefly about that process and the Group, however, the focus is on the information that can be applied on a daily basis and not about the mystical or trying to change someones belief systems.

Four years ago a building contractor began receiving "divinely inspired messages" about personal empowerment and published these on the Internet. Today these messages are read by tens of thousands in 112 countries to date. Steve & Barbara Rother travel the world presenting this information in seminars, including two presentations at the United Nations in Vienna, Austria.

There are many venues in the Corporate arena because each is designed for the individual organization. Venues can be arranged from a 90 minute presentation to a full day interactive seminar. Prices and details must be worked out for each engagement individually as expenses vary greatly. When possible, we would prefer to present during the week to business leaving the weekend open for our spiritual gatherings. It is most cost effective when the corporate seminars can be presented while also presenting a spiritual seminar in the same city. Please see our schedule page for more details of our seminars.

The approach we take with the businesses is outlined below.

The focus is always on self-empowerment.

Free choice is always honored. Employees must be attending by their own choice or at least have the freedom to leave the seminar especially, if it is an all day venue.

We will work out the venue and material covered which can then be presented along with an introduction to our work to the potential attendees.

We will present alone or be a part of another venue as a guest speaker.

Some presentations are interactive experiences and others are lecture format. They can be mixed to form an effective presentation.
